I kinda forgot how quick and slick Nolf was.

At 2:40 in the video he reminds me of Clint Eastwood... Was that five takedowns or 4?   Well to tell you the truth in all this excitement I kinda lost track myself.

    Crazy..

Nope. Omicron will peak in mid-Jan. and then drop off precipitously. By March, low levels everywhere because it's so contagious that every non-vaxxed person will have caught it by then. Hospitalizations and deaths will also disappear because this version is less severe.

Disclaimer: I am neither a doctor nor an epidemiologist. I stand by my prediction nonetheless.

I stand by your prediction as well...

And that’s the responsible position. We don’t have enough information, and we don’t know how it’s virulence compares to previous variants.

The anti vax crowd, probably in an effort to downplay the need for vaccination, jumped the gun and claimed the severity of Delta was less than that of alpha or other previous variants. Turns out it is more harmful. As you mentioned, with Omicron we just don’t know.

Although it would appear to be much less harmful, I know so many people at this point that have either gotten it themselves, or have family memeber with it, an in no case has it been much of an issue.  With the numbers as high as they are in NYC, you would expect to be hearing a lot more about hospital capacity issues or deaths, but we are not.

Look for newer data from Denmark on omicron severity.

They have much better infrastructure for this task than South Africa.

The Omicron sample size is so small, I would imagine someone in the medical research world would deem this worthless.  I am not saying I think it is less severe (as we have been repeatedly led to believe), I'm just saying it remains to be seen.

    My favorite kind of argument.

First, make up some silly numbers. 1-6? They are 1-1 against each other in college and the two matches were 3 years apart. Perhaps pre-puberty Yianni was 5-0 against Lee. Don't know. Also don't care.

Next, claim Yianni was a little sad that day he lost. Oh, he was sad? Well then never mind. That one doesn't count. But you still get your participation trophy.

Of course, none of this matters in either direction. It's Rivera's weight to lose, just ask the Flo guys. They are all always Rivera's weight to lose.

I have to apologize, 1-6 was a gross exaggeration.  Not sure how many times they wrestled, but it wans't close to 7.

Lee beat up yianni in free last time they wrestled, I think Nick lee is better in both styles to be honest

Yeah, definitely.  Lee's about 1-6 against Yianni, and beat him after he had his hopes of competing at the olympics dashed....Definitely far superior to Yianni, and in both styles  :)

Many very close results.  Any of these matches considered upsets?

Jacob makes a bit of sense. He had excellent grades in HS and was on the same Bergen Catholic team as Griffith. Given that school has started, you would think the transfer would've happened by now, though.

My  apologies - it's Daniel.  That's why I threw in "the younger."
