  1. According to Pinfall Recruiting one of the Cal State Bakersfield commits for next season is now committed to wrestling at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado. https://twitter.com/PinFallRecruit/status/1255864955947155456
  2. Just added several more to my ignore list. Life's too short to bother with "adults" who CHOOSE to act like bratty little 5 year olds.
  3. McGee will be the starter at 133 next season and Raimo will be the backup in case McGee is injured. They make a good pair for ASU at 133 lbs. But MAYBE Raimo moves all the way up to 141? In that video conference call he said he's been all the way up to 150 lbs. I'm not even sure he could make the cut back down to 133 lbs if that's the case. If he does it won't be easy to lose 17 lbs on that small of a frame. Regardless of whether Raimo is at 133 or 141 lbs I have to wonder who is the back-up for Brandon Courtney at 125 lbs - in the event that Courtney gets injured?
  4. Not that's it's scientific or anything even remotely close to that but when you match up McGee vs. Raimo on WrestleStat they project McGee to win that match 8-4.
  5. I could see Oregon State jumping CSUB in 2021 for third place. As Oregon State returns all ten 2020 starters and they also get back their 2019 starter at 157 lbs (Hunter Willits) as well. I don't see Cal Poly doing that - jumping both CSUB and Oregon State for 3rd place in 2021. Cal Poly IS improving but they still have a very long way to go IMO.
  6. Thanks for the correction regarding Brayden Ray. I'll correct it. I always know when I try to put something this long together there is ALWAYS going to be at least one mistake. Which is why actively invite corrections. As to Cardwell - he competed last season at 184 lbs last November and then bumped up to 197 lbs (and did pretty well). That's why I listed him at 184 lbs and at 197 lbs. I did not list him at 174 lbs.
  7. CAL STATE UNIVERSITY AT BAKERSFIELD The Cal State University at Bakersfield wrestling team has finished in 3rd place at the annual PAC 12 wrestling tournament three of the last four years. At the 2020 PAC 12 tournament Bakersfield wrestlers won 2 of the 10 weight classes - specifically Russell Rohlfing at 149 lbs and Joshua Loomer at 184 lbs. However Rohfling was a RS Senior in 2020 and will not be returning for 2021. Loomer, on the other hand, was only a RS Sophomore in 2020, and will be a RS Junior for the 2021 season. The Roadrunners also had two wrestlers who placed 3rd at the 2020 PAC 12 tournament. That being Wyatt Gerl at 157 lbs and Jarrod Snyder at 285 lbs. But like the two CSUB 2020 PAC 12 champions one of those two was a RS Senior and will not return for 2021 (Gerl). However Snyder will be a RS Senior for 2021. ============================= The probable lineup for Cal State Bakersfield's wrestling team for the 2021 season is as follows: (Returning Starters listed in Bold print). Of couse this is all subject to change as some wrestlers may move up (or down) from their present weight class and there may be transfers involved which would affect this probable lineup in the next few months. 8. THANKS MOST SINCERELY - That url does indeed WORK. I have changed my bookmark to that URL. Appreciate your attention on this. But then I changed the properties on my bookmark to the following URL as I prefer to see them arranged by college: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1CbZ_mXrXrfs9ygTkDmMO5TWNR1NQWMw5kT_Vnj7Q1dg/edit#gid=109247227
  9. I can get to the Twitter page just fine at this URL - https://twitter.com/PinFallRecruit However I had "PINFALL Commits (Male)" bookmarked on my browser and when I click on my bookmark now NOTHING happens - there is no url address and it just keeps trying to load with no url address. When I tried to get to it using the link in the Pinned tweet on the twitter page I get to this webpage: https://www.pinfallrecruiting.com/for-wrestlers/join-pfrdatabase/ And there I clicked on FANS and then on COMMITS and it puts me on a page where there are four colored dots that continuously circle each other and this line: "Patience is bitter, but it's fruit is sweet" But it never goes anywhere. It just goes on trying to load but never does. The URL for that page - which never goes anywhere - is this: https://www.pinfallrecruiting.com/for-wrestlers/join-pfrdatabase/ The same thing happens (or maybe DOESN'T happen) when I click on MY ACCOUNT - only it never goes to another page it just keeps trying to load with zero result.
  10. Ok, but the problem is still occurring - only now I don't get the error message. It just never loads and just times out after about 10 minutes of trying to load. Is there a new web address url ? I ask because I'm just using my bookmark for PinFall Recruiting.
  11. Cal Poly had only 2 qualifiers in 2018 - that being Colton Schilling and Tom Lane. https://www.gopoly.com/sports/wrest/2017-18/releases/20180313t7cyub
  12. Whenever I have tried I get this message https://user-media-prod-cdn.itsre-sumo.mozilla.net/uploads/gallery/images/2019-03-11-10-35-01-7dc26c.png
  13. Your animus towards the smaller schools who are struggling to compete against the monopolistic five conferences is curious. I would imagine if you were living in the time of Goliath that you would be among the crowd cheering Goliath on against David.
  14. Yep - the two-faced jerk who IS/was Bob Kustra just summarily said "you're done". At the same time that the first year Boise State wrestling coaches were hosting about a half a dozen wrestling recruits. No notice, no warning, no reason cites, and most of all................NO CLASS.........KUSTRA. I suggest that he be referred to from now on as NO CLASS KUSTRA.
  15. Maybe you've seen it but I've never seen a case where a guy remains on a wrestling team's roster for TWO full years without wrestling even ONE time. I only asked about him initially because I wondered if he was finally going to return to the Cal Poly lineup for 2021.
  16. Well thanks for that response. I appreciate it.
  17. Does ANYONE know what his situation is at this point? He is STILL listed on Cal Poly's roster yet he has not competed - at all - since the 2018 PAC 12 tournament where he lost 9-4 to Kordell Norfleet of Arizona State and beat the 2019 PAC 12 champion Bob Coleman of Oregon State (6-2) at 184 lbs. It appears as if he did not compete AT ALL during the 2018-2019 season and did not compete at all during the 2019-2020 season either. Yet he is STILL on the Cal Poly roster?
  18. It must be so very difficult for you to go thru life without even so much as a glimmer of a clue.
  19. Well, I guess I can take solace in the fact that Idaho has not reached the New Jersey level of absurdity YET. I've been going to my local grocery stores every week or so and less than half of the people in the store (on my last trip) were NOT wearing a mask of any kind (I was as I'm a Senior). Included in the non-mark wearers was a very rotund woman who was hacking and coughing repeatedly - and she just so happened to be just ahead of me at the check out counter. I turned to the guy behind me (who like me was wearing a mask) and told him "I'm not getting ANYWHERE near that woman - I'm waiting till she leaves the store to go to the check stand". He replied with "I don't blame you".
  20. The Magic 8 Ball says "Outlook not so good". If he is back next season at Stanford I would have to think they would redshirt him. It was a bit unfair of them to have him start as a True Freshman last season IMO. He would have been better off redshirting. Seems the coaching staff didn't figure out that they could have had Hill or Karmon at 184 lbs rather than Addison. They apparently didn't figure that out until the PAC 12 tournament. As to the Stay Home order here in Idaho people are opposing it with defiance here. A local bar in Nampa is defying it by opening back up this weekend. A local woman was deliberately arrested (her choice) by trying to be in a local park that was closed by the local government. A large group of people gathered outside the Capitol Building in Boise to protest this (illegal) action by the Governor last week, etc. I - personally - think the whole thing is ridiculously absurd and the actions by the government (all over the U.S.) have done FAR more harm than any good that will ever come from their foolishly short-sighted actions. All government officials should follow the examples of Sweden and the State of Florida.
  21. Thanks - I'm just trying to kill time during the B.S. that is the "stay home" order here in my home State (Idaho). I'm doing these PAC 12 team previews in the order of how each school placed at the 2020 PAC 12 tournament. Next up is Cal State Bakersfield and then Oregon State. Not sure I'm going to do Cal Poly or Little Rock.
  22. I didn't include Harlan because he hasn't competed since February of 2019.
  23. Thanks for catching those typo errors.
  24. STANFORD The Stanford wrestling team has finished either 1st or 2nd at the annual PAC 12 wrestling tournament three of the last four seasons. The Cardinal finished 2nd in 2020, 1st in 2019, 4th in 2018 and 2nd in 2017. In 2020 Stanford had two PAC 12 wrestling champions and both of them were underclassmen. Namely Real Woods at 141 lbs and Shane Griffith at 165 lbs. In addition to their two returning PAC 12 champions Stanford also has five returning starters who placed 2nd at the 2020 PAC 12 tournament. Specifically the following: 125 lbs - Jackson DiSario (2021 True Sophomore) - 2020 PAC 12 runner-up at 125 lbs 149 lbs - Requir van der Merwe (2021 RS Senior) - 2020 PAC 12 runner-up at 149 lbs 157 lbs - Tyler Eischens (2021 RS Sophomore) - 2020 PAC 12 runner-up at 157 lbs 174 lbs - Jared Hill (2021 RS Senior) - 2020 PAC 12 runner-up at 174 lbs 197 lbs - Nathan Traxler (2021 RS Senior) - 2020 PAC 12 runner-up at 197 lbs These seven returning Stanford wrestlers who finished last season either 1st or 2nd at the 2020 PAC 12 tournament make the Cardinal the most probable PAC 12 team to place 2nd at the 2021 PAC 12 wrestling tournament and possibly challenge Arizona State for the team title. ============================= The probable lineup for Stanford's wrestling team for the 2021 season is as follows: (Returning Starters are listed in Bold print. Of course this is all subject to change as some wrestlers may move up (or down) from their present weight class and there may be transfers involved which would affect this probable lineup in the next few months. I have listed each weight class (below) by each wrestler's WrestleStat ranking.
