  1. How about Joey Gilbert ....one loss 4 time state champion (Tinley Park) Mena was a 4 timer.
  2. Even though he was 139-3 and placed 3-1-1-1 in the state tournament, I like Alan Fried as one of the greatest high schoolers of all-time. He was the first to win 4 junior national titles and one year he had both Brands and Lincoln McIlravy in his pool.
  3. I think it could be due to the fact that in the late 60's and early 70's Alan Rice started the Minnesota Wrestlilng Club. Three of his best wrestlers, and all Olympians Jim and Dave Hazewinkle and Gary Alexander. http://www.mtcstorm.com/staff/detail/alan-rice/5
  4. I think Borelli will do well at AU! Stanford's loss is American University's gain.
  5. Brent Metcalf was 4 time undefeated state champion/4 state championship teams as well. (in Michigan)
  6. You believe states have increased the number of divisions in their states...about how many? I think Ohio has stayed the same...Michigan has gone from 3 to 4...others???
  7. Interesting list.....hope it doesn't burst your bubble too bad. https://www.stateuniversity.com/rank_by_ncaa_conference/score_rank/Big-Ten-Conference.html
  8. Yes it is....https://www.thefamouspeople.com/university-of-michigan.php
  9. Since 1960, the one's that come to mind are Shelby Wilson, John Peterson, Lloyd Keaser, Bobby Weaver, Kevin Jackson, Zeke Jones and Brandon Slay.
  10. ????? Both Steiner's have great integrity.
  11. I would think Jeremy Hunter would be in line for it, and rightfully so.
  12. Fair enough, and a number of guys on my list would be in the 70's and 80's, in addition to 90's-present. I'm not sure picking just 10 would be easy for me.
