Will give a shout to Khuzin, irani, and Shiraz for giving us international insights we simply aren't privy to.  Several others but they come to mind first.

Have coached NCAA D-I, II, and III as well as NAIA.  In my personal experience, communication skills were far more important at the "lower" levels since the emphasis was more on education than athletics.  And know a D-I coach and former NCAA D-I champ who had his assistant write all his recruiting letters for him and answer all e-mail correspondence going out to recruits and parents because he could barely make a grammatical sentence.

So to be a D-l coach you have to have better communication skills than to be a D-ll coach? Boy, D-lll coaches must be borderline illiterate.

WADA banned Russia for 4 years, Russian athletes wont be able to compete in international tournaments for 4 years and Russian team will be deprived of the opportunity to participate in international tournaments for 4 years. (football is not included).

my opinion: clear athlets winn compete for union olympic team, it is good. I think WADA's decision is very very justice! it will be a good lesson for Russian anti-doping agency and cheaters. Flo wrestling is happy, congrats

Someone pay for Zare to train with Cael Sanderson for just 1 or 2 years and I promise he will be unstoppable. Multiple world and Olympic golds if they do this. Who destroys Gwizdowski as a junior?
