Had a good conversation during the tournament with a very reliable source. He said that the reason for the delay in naming future sites was due to Las Vegas putting in a late bid, supposedly the highest bid the NCAA has ever gotten for the tournament. He told me that Tulsa put in one of the highest bids in previous years but is unsure if they will get it because of the limited hotel space in downtown Tulsa. He said with the success of NYC last year that it will be held there at least once every 5 years.
