  1. This thread is just from one of Cael's shills who's part of his FUN propaganda machine. Move along.
  2. Even Byers had to laugh at the stall call inequity of the 125lb match.
  3. The bet I would like to see people have to put their money on would be Sorenson +1.5. I would put a lot on Sorenson with those points.
  4. Didn't see anything worth starting a thread about in that match other than how sharp Gilman is looking.
  5. I missed the penalty. What was it?
  6. Wow and the takedown at the end of the Nolf match was hilarious. That was not even close. This ref will not be reffing anywhere outside of Happy Valley.
  7. Hey I like the aggresive stall calls they just need to make it go both ways. Nico could have been hit at least 2 more times. And that was obviously a takedown.
  8. More home cooking there. Not sure how that couldn't have been a takedown
  9. Penn State getting some home cooking as far as the stall calls
  10. Why do people get worked up when someone makes predictions a way they don't like? They are predictions. Anyone know if there is a peer to peer betting website with an escrow? Would be great to shut people up on this forum real quick.
  11. Just so you know Sorensen has lost 6 matches by a total of 7 points in his career. 3 of those losses were to National Champs. 1 to a national finalist. 1 to another All American and 1 to his teammate in his first tournament.
  12. Collica also beat Sorenson in Freestyle months ago. Sorenson than handled him in folk. Couple things that seem obvious to me - Sorenson & Zain are probably better folkstyle wrestlers - Sorenson got a lot better throughout the year last year. Let alone from the time that freestyle match was wrestled with Zain - Sorenson has gotten better since last year. - Zain has also got better since 2 years ago, at least on top. - They are both very strong - They are both very good on the mat. It will be a close hard fought match unless Zain breaks it open on top.
  13. I give Gilman & Rutherford the edge. As stated before, it is pretty obvious that Gilman is a much better wrestler than he was 2 years ago, while it is up in the air that Nico is much better than the last time he wrestled Gilman. The key in the Sorenson/Rutherford match is if Sorenson can get out from bottom or never has to go underneath. Rutherford is a beast on top. He can blow a match wide open from there. But as we saw in the Clagon match, if a quality guy can get out from him it can be a close match. Sorenson is much better on his feet than Clagon. If he can either get out early or never have to go underneath he can win. But you have to give the edge to Rutherford because of his top game.
  14. This documentary really got the FUN propaganda machine in full steam. FUN FUN FUN, Grateful Grateful Grateful Oh and if it was Tolly he bumped into, my guess is that they were kinda joking around. They spent some time coaching together at Nebraska and I know he used to come down and train in Carver when he was still wrestling.
  15. ???? Good for tOSU should put them in the mix for a trophy.
  16. If someone wants to do some legwork here are all the midlands brackets. http://www.nusports.com/sports/2015/6/26/MIDLANDS_0626155320.aspx?path=midlands It seems like there used to be 1 or 2 postgrads in every weight.
  17. Some truth to that, if you have only been a fan of wrestling for 5 years.
  18. Rutgers has a really good team except when they wrestle an Iowa team that is REALLY good.
  19. I think a more intriguing match up will probably be Nolf vs Smith. I think his wide open style will not work against iMar. I do think it will overwhelm Smith. I also get that he has no reason not to win or loss using the wide open style against iMar. I just think iMar may have an easier time picking apart Nolf than Smith because of it.
