Some would like it to start in Jan and end in April and shorten the season by at least 3 weeks.  Make it a single semester sport and not coincide with the basketball tournament.

fila gets credit for absolutely squat.  They f-ed up the rules so bad in the first place they are barely getting back to something watchable.  A tech fall is only a 5 takedown or turn advantage.  A takedown should only be worth 1.  A push or step out should be nothing.  A takedown going out of bounds should still count.  Turns should either be exposure for 2 or hand to hand for 1.  High amplitude needs to be 5 point or 5 plus 1 for lift.  Catch the pattern?  Those are the old old rules.  Not the 2 out of 3 crap with sac grabs.

The US has great athletes but not the best technicians. That is a position that we don't do well in.

It isnt the amount of content that is the problem. My issue is with their live stream quality and lack thereof.

Duals are great, I agree wholeheartedly, I wish there was a college team close by. They are fan friendly and easy to follow. Promote the hell out of dual meets to gain more ESPN coverage and other sport networks. Duals matter in their own right, the NCAA title, however, belongs to the end of season individual tournament winner.

The difference is Waters acted like a douchebag while Gilman IS a douchebag. Some fans eat that up. Wrestling gives plenty of opportunity to be physical within the rules, no need for either side to be a dick.

It's state tournament weekend, you are taking asses away from seats not putting more in. And honestly no, I don't see every team wanting to join if you call it the team title. Individual achievement is far more important.

This match should be used as a teaching tool for officials on controlling matches. Not to humiliate the officials of this particular match but just as way to emphasize safety and not letting wrestler emotions and behavior get out of control.
