dmm53 got a reaction from The Genius in Pat Downey Calling out Taylor for PEDS again...
Taylor has blanked Clowny twice: 10-0, 10-0.
And the only reason why Clowny wrestled at Worlds is that Taylor was injured and Nickal was up a weight.
Clowney now has a new strategy, however: he thinks he can score finally score a point on Taylor by tweeting nonsense with no evidence on social media.
The scoreboard just changed to reflect the new reality: it's currently DT 20 and Clowny negative 100 (disqualification for lack of sportsmanship)

BY USA WRESTLING | JUNE 01, 2020, 4:04 P.M. (ET)   USA Wrestling statement on social justice

Social injustice is wrong and contrary to the inclusive nature of wrestling. USA Wrestling’s mission is to provide quality opportunities for its members to achieve their full athletic and human potential. Recent tragedies in our nation compel us to do more and do it better. We stand with our African American and black communities and all of the diverse people who are part of our sport. We will focus our actions on how we can drive change against unjust treatment, police brutality, and systematic racism that is plaguing our nation and world. We need to come together now and use our voice, platform, and actions to help create the kind of society that reflects our values. By its nature, wrestling can be the most inclusive sport on earth. Anyone can wrestle and everyone is welcome. When we hit the mat, we are all part of one wrestling family.

    Three-time champ. Four-time finalist.
Just two actual ("true") losses in college by just 1 point each time to 2 time champ and 4 time finalist, IMAR (whom he also pinned).
60 falls  total (averaging 15 per season), a PSU record.  86.6% bonus rate.
Fierce beyond measure; dominant as hell; super creative; versatile scoring machine, especially on his feet; and a punishing pace.
Pushed the sport ahead with his experimentation and inventiveness.

Lee is average at best and probably a below average wrestler in the third period.
FLO put together these stats last year.  Not sure how much they have changed since then.
But note:  there is a significant drop off in his own scoring in the 2nd and 3rd periods and an increase (or near stability) in his opponents scoring in those periods relative to the first.
No doubt, the high numbers in the first period can be attributed to a great degree to his ability to tech fall many opponents then, but the fact remains, if you get to the 2nd and especially 3rd period, you can close the gap on him and even conceivably win.

How about all the f-in idiots who think that the orange con man and liar in Chief was appointed by a  non-existent deity?  They are even more pathetic and pathological. Religion really is a form of neurosis, fear of death, opiate, or psychological crutch enabling denial.  It's amazing the lengths that folks will go to to rationalize the absurd but pretend they are logical about lots of other things.

    Iowa Fashion Week:
“The big themes this season are ‘roomy,’ ‘loose,’ and ‘comfortable,’” said Cathcart, adding that there is already considerable buzz surrounding the new American flag–inspired sweaters from Kohl’s. “Many designers have gone with bright neon greens and purples for their polyester rain jackets, which should be a big hit among Corn Belt fashionistas, and the oxford loafers from Payless are also guaranteed to be one of the hottest items of the season.”
“But keep an eye out for the new line of sweatpants from trendy Quad Cities designer Tom Dunborn, which is supposed to make an especially big splash,” Cathcart continued. “Everyone is talking about them. Tom always pairs classic elegance with sensible durability, and what he does with elastic waistbands is truly timeless.”
Fletcher added that the first day of shows had already garnered positive reviews, despite a brief incident in which a model wearing a T-shirt featuring cartoon cats suffered a heart attack on the runway in Hoyt Middle School’s gymnasium and had to be rushed to a nearby hospital.
Nevertheless, fashion designers and event officials alike reportedly remain eager to impress, as the weeklong event affords them statewide exposure and reportedly pumps over $1,200 into the Iowa economy.
“Launching at Iowa Fashion Week is a dream come true for me,” said up-and-coming designer Debra Schmidt, 34, of Council Bluffs, IA, who will be debuting her line of relaxed-fit carpenter jeans. “I’m branching out this season from my usual camouflage cargo pants and really pushing the boundaries of Iowa fashion. I can’t wait to see the reaction from fans and the press.”
Following the conclusion of the opening night festivities, an afterparty was reportedly held at the local VFW hall on Locust Street, where sources confirmed an exclusive list of attendees enjoyed complimentary glasses of Coca-Cola and Miller Lite while waiters made rounds with plates of pizza bagels, pigs-in-a-blanket, and cheese fries.

Maybe the quickest guy on the mat in all of the NCAA.
And has lots of tricks, flips, speed, and technique from his feet.
His nickname could be "Jitterbug" because he dances as he wrestles.
