  1. Not much to think through. Don't stall and you won't get called. As guys get used to the fact they are not going to get away with backing off the mat they will stop doing it.
  2. Just be happy you got to watch free wrestling and quit bitching.
  3. Profession dropping, nice. I could give a crap if your're an attorney, the original statement you made was sloppy at best. You should take some notes from Vak on your profession and on message board posting. LOL at your low IQ redneck comment, not even close.
  4. I'm sure he is in the mix if he goes 149, this is freestyle at 154 so kind of is what it is. Different style, higher weight, different weigh in rules. Nice wins, can't really predict if results are the same at 149 folk IMO.
  5. If it was a regular old guy of any race with no money and thus needing a public defender it would be the same outcome. You and some other choice people on here are lucky they don't give 1 year jail terms for stupid message board posting.
  6. Get some reading comp ya sociopath. Yikes!
  7. Here is the specific Big Ten intraconference transfer rules from the conference: Intraconference Transfer Rules. 1. Pre-Matriculation. A prospective student-athlete who has signed a tender from a Conference institution and has not yet triggered transfer status per NCAA Bylaw 14.5.2 (conditions affecting transfer status), is subject to the following intraconference transfer requirements: a. Signed National Letter of Intent. A prospective student-athlete who signs a valid National Letter of Intent (NLI) with a Conference institution but subsequently enrolls at an alternate Big Ten institution shall be required to complete one (1) full year of residence at the alternate (i.e., certifying) Big Ten institution and shall be charged with the loss of one (1) season of eligibility in all sports. These penalties shall be applied regardless of any decision made by the NLI Steering Committee on behalf of the prospective student-athlete. 1. Exception - Complete Release by Signing Institution. If the Big Ten institution at which the prospective student-athlete originally signed the NLI grants a "Complete Release" from the NLI, the prospect shall be permitted to enroll at any other Conference institution without penalty. 2. Exception - NLI Declared Null and Void. Should the NLI become null and void prior to the prospective student-athlete's matriculation, the prospective student-athlete shall be free to enroll at any other Conference institution without penalty. b. Signed Tender without National Letter of Intent. A prospective student-athlete that signs a valid tender with a Conference institution but subsequently enrolls at an alternate Big Ten institution shall be required to complete one (1) full academic year of residence at the alternate (i.e., certifying) Big Ten institution and shall be charged with the loss of one (1) season of eligibility in all sports. Upon mutual agreement of the two involved Conference institutions, this penalty shall be waived by the Chair of the Academics and Eligibility Subcommittee. 80 2. Post Matriculation. A student-athlete that has signed a tender from a Conference institution and has triggered transfer status per NCAA Bylaw 14.5.2 (conditions affecting transfer status), may not represent an alternate Big Ten institution in intercollegiate athletics competition until the individual has completed one (1) full academic year of residence at the alternate (i.e., certifying) Big Ten institution and shall be charged with the loss of one (1) season of eligibility in all sports. 3. Pre- and Post-Matriculation Exceptions a. Cancellation of Tender Due to Inadmissibility. When a prospective student-athlete is inadmissible to the institution for which a tender has been accepted, the tender shall be considered null and void and the intraconference transfer penalty does not apply. b. Dropped Sport. When a Conference institution drops the student-athlete's sport in which the student-athlete has participated, the intraconference penalty does not apply.
  8. I think the newest big 10 rule for transfer within the conference is that you can get financial aid after the transfer but you must sit out a year.
  9. I was ready to cuss out Varner for doing nothing. Why the hell is Dlagnev not going?
  10. Gothus is not making 141. Too early to say how the in trouble guys will turn out but Topher Carton was the best 141 backup last year.
  11. Make sure you report Sanderson while you are at it for hanging out with Chad Redd and his Dad at his school. Seriously Lemon dill weed, get a life.
  12. Pico was pretty pissy after, looked like he was giving some words out and Metcalf responded. Pico not really close to scoring, Metcalf was in on a few shots.
  13. I love it when people say so and so should just cut down, it's not that hard, they're not that big. Unless you are them you really don't know.
  14. As of now no one has been charged with burglary. This happened almost 2 weeks ago.
  15. My kid has an August b-day and will be 18 at the start of his Sr. year, he is one of the older kids in his grade. Stieber was a grade back from what a typical kid his age would be. I have no say in the relevance of said fact.
  16. Exactly, the last thing on my mind when watching a match is who they prefer to have sex with. If Pucillo wants to share for his sake so be it. I did not need to know and could care less what he does with his free time. If 4444 does not share the same view point then so be it too, his business. The key is not trying to impose your business onto someone else.
  17. The worst part about a newbie in the team title picture is people like Aviator rambling on to all who will listen. LOL at that dream lineup, must be working with 15 scholarships now.
  18. First off the Gulibon thread was a troll thread in response to an Evans troll thread. Now we have this lame ass troll thread. Not like the current 184 for Illinois Reyes was all world. Also losing to #1 and #3 seeds, kind of a tough draw there. Not to mention the biggest issue being that Brooks hurt his leg vs Dean at the duals. His movement and lower body power was affected and it was really noticeable in the match vs ASU where he stumbled around and even winced in pain causing the ref to ask if he needed an injury timeout.
  19. To me if they asked the refs if the score was right they should be obligated to check it out and do the right thing no matter if they waved a damn flag or not. Those refs should be done with their referee careers. Your not there to watch the match for entertainment.
  20. Iowa needs to win 3 to help themselves out. Ultimately the semis will be huge as osu will only have steiber favored that round if seeds hold.
  21. I don't agree with much you say but this is so true. I get the idea they have been looking to upgrade their athletic abillity but not going to help now. Dziewa is just not real physical, Kelly is slow and unathletic should be DIII, Moore is hurt but even when healthy he is a plodder. Evans is tough and gritty but again slow, not explosive. Telford is ok for his size, was not ready to go today. Gilman, Clark, Sorensen and Brooks are thier most athletic guys.
  22. Considering the difference in the match was one guy rolling through on the others cradle in OT, they looked pretty even to me.
  23. Since this fall Thomsen beat Stroker in season and Kemmerer has beaten Thomsen 2x, Super 32 and here.
