  1. I agree with all your points on this thread. It’s the same stuff I’ve been saying to my boys. You’ve been around the sport for a long time, I can tell.
  2. It's bottom mans job to get out, but I also think top man shouldn't be allowed to sit parallel for 5 mins. If the NCAA wants to fix stalling and create more action the solution is pretty simple....move weigh-ins back 3-5 hours to give the guys more time to recover. Doesn't matter how hard you can go in practice when you're feeling great....a 1 hour weigh-in will cripple a man if he had a bad cut. Example....Johnny Thompson getting upset in the 2003 home opener by an unknown freshman from Chattanooga - Josh Keefe.
