  1. Maybe he can recruit former teammate Quinn Kinner to Rider too...
  2. Maybe I wasn’t paying close enough attention but I feel like there wasn’t a ton noteworthy from the finals 133 was a pretty good match IIRC. Redshirt freshman Hines of Lehigh could be a sleeper at NCAA’s IMO, after the top 5 or so I think those last 2 or 3 spots are wide open. 165 was interesting. Was 0-0 until about a minute to go but Hartman of Bucknell ended up getting a reversal, 2 sets of NF and RT for the major 174 was decided by a stall call with about 20 seconds to go
  3. McKenzie Bell lost to Robert Howard in the state finals last year. I guess that means Tbar thinks Howard could AA at 141 too
  4. I can't tell if there's supposed to be an announcer on Mat 2 or if it's just picking up someone else talking...very faint
  5. no idea...and wrestling someone from Hofstra...have they had an EIWA champ in awhile?
  6. announcer just said Navy leading Lehigh 100.5-100 midway through semis
  7. Yeah I think I was basically saying Ragusin did NOT really have an impressive folk resume yet. His hype is more based on what he did in freestyle last year beating Cruz and Russell. No he does not have the same track record as Kerk but I think the situations are somewhat comparable.
  8. Well for one Hudkins beat Hildebrandt last year who could be seeded as high as #2 at NCAA’s, and I believe was either beating or very close with Glory before getting injured which is why he did not wrestle in conferences. Ragusin also decked Aguilar who was the 16 seed at NCAA’s last year (although I guess got beat out for the B10 tourney). Kerk also had some pretty good wins as a redshirt but like Ragusin, nothing necessarily signature so l think the Ragusin/Kerk comparison was based on the fact that they have both “looked” good in limited college folkstyle matches, and also have had senior level success in freestyle. Howard has had great age level FS results, but didn’t even compete this past off-season right?
  9. And in another Edinboro upset over a #4 seed, Peter Pappas beat 2020 NQ Alex Carida of Bloomsburg at 157
  10. anything of note so far? I see 2x NQ and 4th seed Derek Spann of Buffalo was majored by true freshman Gabe Willowhcell of Edinboro (who was 9-1 coming into the tournament) at 141
  11. Good find. Edit: yeah not sure why links to Track don't seem to work
  12. What happened to 2-seed Hartman of Army at 157? Says he defaulted?
  13. I don't see live results but if you didn't see already there is a free stream of the earlier rounds on the MAC website (don't see scores on it though) - https://getsomemaction.com/tournaments/?id=148&path=wrestling
  14. Jaden Fisher of Bucknell wrestling his first match of the year beats formerly 5-0 Cerniglia of Navy at 157 9-4
  15. I assume Bryce Cockrell of LIU and Jackson Cockrell of Maryland are brothers? Looks like they are from Oklahoma...that's a long trip to the Northeast
  16. Ah I guess Floarena is updated but the scoreboard on the stream isn't. I think I missed when the first period ended. Looks like it's 14-4
  17. Roes with a reversal right to his back and another 4 NF - I think should now be 12-5
  18. someone falling asleep on the scoreboard here. I believe it should be 6-5 now
  19. Roes out to a quick 6-0 lead and almost stuck him with a cradle
  20. Battle of unbeatens on Mat 1 in the 4/5 match at 125 - Dylan Ryder of Hofstra (3-0) vs. Micah Roes of Binghampton (4-0)
