Aside from Larry Bird maybe the biggest name to come out of Indiana State University. Too bad they don't have a team anymore. Could have definitely draw from Indiana and Illinois.

Mayes one is cool also because he made the finals, when nobody really expected him to. Even with a good seed and a solid season, he just didn't have the resume for people to predict such a solid performance.
Very happy to see him go out on a high note.

Jordan Burroughs: 1x state champ and runner up (all I know for sure) from NJ. 4x NCAA qualifier, 3x AA, 2x champ, Olympic champ and so on. I'd say he excelled in college and after.

They should be posting about the staff. Get rid of Goldman already (had his 25 year run). Hire the Princeton staff (Ayres/Debuque- Indiana 2x NCAA Champ) or somebody else with some passion and watch them take off. Goldman is not going to take a B1G Program to the next level. Watching their home duals over last couple seasons is like watching a middle school match (atmosphere) and embarrassing to Indiana Wrestling.

My impression from reading the article was that Indianapolis (Lucas Oil Stadium) or Atlanta (Georgia Dome) might be in play for the rotation along with the possibility of Vegas.

IMO, and I'm not nearly as knowledgeable as you all, I just think that kids are starting to steer away from Iowa overall. The Brands name carries weight but I just feel unless you are raised an Iowa Hawkeye fan, from Iowa or just love getting the s*** worked out of you daily then you aren't meant for Iowa. It just seems like Cael is having more success, not just with being in PA, but also cause he makes the practice room fun, enjoyable, rewarding and they still work hard. Whereas Iowa seems like a prison camp and no normal 18 year old kid wants to go to prison camp unless you're just nuts like the Brands. So I think kids are starting to realize that you can go have more fun at PSU, tOSU and other schools and be just as successful instead of going to prison at Iowa to be successful. Just my opinion from the things I've seen and read.

I've always had a hard time with the God thing too. I can see thanking God but to assume that God helps you win also has to assume God worked against the other guy. And if God cared that much about sports why did he let Lance Armstrong or A-Fraud all of the success they had?
