9-5 Sam Stoll is going to NCAAs!

signature win? a 1-0 vs Hermida Other than that, he got in on previous accomplishments. Consider this, the Purdue wrestler that beat Stoll in the wrestle-backs (and placed 8th) is sitting home for NCAAs

    Flo wrestling subscriptions

Flo can be annoying at times and I'm in no way affiliated with the organization other that being a subscriber. Most of their talking heads are barely tolerable, the feed spotty at times, and for those who watched the big 10's, their cameramen need to pay more attention to the action on the mat that they're working. That being said, it's a great subscription for the price. Considering that those of us of a certain age never got to see most of what they broadcast, it's well worth the money. Seriously...did you ever think you'd be able to watch a senior level freestyle tournament in Siberia from the comfort of your own home? Growing up, the best we could do was view a couple minutes of freestyle once every 4 years when they were broadcast on the olympics. Want to watch a youth level national tournament? Better gas up the family truckster because there's no way you'd ever see that one otherwise. But because of Flo and $150 a year, you get to see all of that and much more. For those of you who say it's too much, ask yourself what else you're spending your money on? $0.42 a day! That's right...$0.42 per day.

    Seeding 174 NCAA?

Posting the seeding criteria link from flo. There's more to it than who beat whom. There is a formula that weighs multiple factors and none of which are last year's results. Unless it's a situation like last year where coaches rank at 174 played a part (Zahid was #1 ranked after an unofficial win in the all star but both he and Hall went undefeated) the past remains the past. Either way, I don't see anyone #1 other than Hall due to his undefeated record. The rest of the round robin is up to debate. I'm calling 1. Hall, 2. Lewis, 3. Zahid, 4. Amine https://www.flowrestling.org/articles/6131827-how-does-the-ncaa-seeding-process-work

    NCAA Made Big Mistake

Another vote here for NYC. Great venue, no shortage of bars, hotels or restaurants. St. Louis has run it's course. I get it that it's easily to all of those in the midwest but there are plenty of fans in the rest of the country that would like to see it elsewhere.

Last Iowa dual of the season is @ Okie State and realistically a prime situation for a DeSanto meltdown, win or lose. Judging by his actions so far, it's more likely if he pulls off the win. If such a thing happens, does Brands have the character to do the right thing and suspend DeSanto for the next scheduled competition?

    Flo again?

Create your own split screen. I do it using google chrome but you probably can do it from whatever browser you are using. Open a 2nd tab (or 3rd or however many tabs you want to watch), adjust the current screen, and drag the 2nd tab it off screen. Adjust each window size until they're side by side and there you go! Mute whichever one you don't want to listen to.

    NCAA Ticket Tips for First-Timers

there are a couple ways to score tickets. Purchase from Ticketmaster the Wednesday before next year's tournament. These seats usually suck but it gets you in the arena at face value. Never expect lower level...those are reserved for all of those who are more important than the average fan. Join the host school's (or other favorite school's) booster club and be prepared to donate your rear end off to even be considered for some of those premium seats. 10 year season ticket holder for the returning national champs? - don't expect anything good even if they consider you for some of their allotment. If you are lucky, you may get a ticket but you're waiting until closer to tournament time without any guarantees. Stub Hub or any other secondary online rip-off market...good luck with that. You'll get seats but you'll pay! Wait outside the arena or other area where wrestling fans congregate (ie the bars). This is where you'll be most likely to score reasonable tickets. Consider this...there's always someone who bought tickets and cant attend, a family that bought tickets to see Johny who did not qualify, or someone with a buddy that committed to make the trip and backed out at the last minute. They're likely all wrestling fans and just want to get their money back. Give them fair and full price, buy the whole set and don't hesitate. They'll eventually sell to the scalpers. Scalpers - the second most reliable. They're always there. Every day, every session. But they're scalpers. They're looking to make money. my advice...just get in the arena. There are always open seats if you don't like the one you got. Wrestling fans love drinking at NCAAs as much as they like watching the wrestling. Not everyone makes it to every session (especially the morning ones).
  9. The dome may seat 70,000 but will they open that many seats? I've attended outdoor matches for dual meet where it was only 1 mat at the end zone. I was seated lower level and the view was not good at all. Does anyone know what the layout of the stadium will be for wrestling?
