Domestic possibilities? I'm surely missing someone who belongs on this list, and I know some of these guys are not viable candidates.

    WCAP Coaches
    Shon Lewis
    Bruce Robinson
    Spenser Mango

    Northern Michigan Coaches
    Andy Bisek
    Parker Betts

    Minnesota Storm
    Dan Chandler
    Brandon Paulson

Jason Loukides - Marines head coach until the team was disbanded last year
Rob Hermann - former NMU and Olympic coach
Jim Gruenwald - coached at NMU but has been coaching DIII for a long time now
Dennis Hall - club coach now?

Five Point Move ought to have a good list soon. Here's the article breaking the Lindland news: https://www.fivepointmove.com/usa-greco/matt-lindland-us-national-team-head-coach/

Don't you think the domestic game has been played long enough?  If we want to progress and succeed, we need to go big, and internationally.

Another All American big guy has inked a deal with WWE, that's Gable, AJ, now Cohlton, am I forgetting any? Do you think this is a good look for the sport? Any potential downside to some of the All Americans aligning themselves with Vinny Mac while still competing?

He and Gable would be a great Tag Team combo.

Zahid is coming into his prime. As good as he was, he has now cleaned up his attacks and is unlikely to over commit to shots.

Taylor’s gas tank is of course a concern, but Zahid and Perry are well aware of this. DT can’t just shoot at will to fire Zahid out anyways, as Zahid’s counters are too smooth.

To add to that, I think Taylor is starting to slow down. I may be off here, but that’s my read. He is no Kyle Dake, so he actually has to deal with aging. As amazing as DT is, the thing he  relies on will fade with age I expect (although Burroughs somehow has overcome that through getting even better)

I expect Zahid to take the best 2/3 and then go on to medal at worlds. I’m not so sure he beats Yazdani, but it’s certainly possible.

    And you were saying?

Perhaps he's coming into "his" prime......He ain't beating Taylor.

Senior level Greco is almost unwatchable in 2022. It has been a bad product for more than a decade.

I say this as grass-roots supporter of USAW. My developing high school wrestling team trains freestyle and Greco in the spring when other local teams don't bother. This weekend I'm driving my half dozen athletes 90 miles for an April tournament because it offers both styles.

    Agree 100 percent.

    Disgraceful.

At least now no one can say anything to Iran about "politicising" sports.

So you mean to tell me that Ukrainian athletes, coaches and officials are to stand side by side with the Russian delegation, after the Russian head coach(and I am sure some athletes) have been vocal(in favor) of Russia invading Ukraine?  Seriously, think about it.   I am glad to see UWW  siding with FIFA, the IOC, IJF and others.  Time to teach a lesson.

I saw no improvement. The short time of 27s left was telling. If the stronger, bigger, better conditioned guy can't even sniff a point with the match on the line and Sadulaev in blocking mode, I don't see a path to victory. Snyder wasn't even able to move Sadulaev out of position once the entire time.

Agree, 100 percent.  Sadulaev improved by figuring out Snyder's game.

I have been to several international tournaments representing the USA.  The referees get taken care of much better than the athletes do.  While they may not receive a paycheck in these situations, they benefit greatly.  Fully paid 2 week vacation to xyz destination in a 4-5 star hotel with complete access to UWW "resources".

You are out of your mind, Matt.
