Axe_Spartan 198 Report post Posted September 12, 2015 (edited) How about Novachkov call? That was horrific as well. Yes, but what is a disgrace its that Bonne had a real shot at the gold. This kind of killed this last day for me. Edited September 12, 2015 by Axe_Spartan
Billyhoyle 2,028 Report post Posted September 12, 2015 How about Novachkov call? That was horrific as well. This was even worse. It seemed that the fix was in the entire time and Lebedev knew about it, not trying anything the entire time even when he was on the shot clock. BigTimeFan 1,032 Report post Posted September 12, 2015 Damn Shavkatov looks like a Ramos clone. Is it just me or can they you even tell them apart? That could kill our home team advantage right there.
armspin 257 Report post Posted September 12, 2015 Hard to keep track of who the refs hate. So far they are out to get Cuba, Azerbayjan, Bulgaria, Iran and the US of course. They love Russia- except that questionable 2 scored in Makhov vs Lopez, or when they gave almost all the Russians the crap draw. 1 BigTimeFan reacted to this

It's not about which country they favor or they not favor, the fact is they screwed Bonne big time today, that's the central point. Anyway, rooting against Lebedev all the way today. BigTimeFan 1,032 Report post Posted September 12, 2015 RAMOS!!!! Really fine wrestling there. Clutch takedown when he needed it. Good tactics. Who's not psyched!!???

The point is we need to see which refs are the ones getting bribed.
armspin 257 Report post Posted September 12, 2015 I have no doubt Bonne did get screwed. I just find it funny that some people cry conspiracy every time the refs suck; when in fact, they just suck all the time (just like refs in other sports).
BigTimeFan 1,032 Report post Posted September 12, 2015 Ramos will wrestles the winner of Sadulla LACHINAU (BLR) and Hassan Sabzali RAHIMI (IRI). Anyone know who won?

I just find it funny that some people cry conspiracy every time the refs suck; when in fact, they just suck all the time (just like refs in other sports). Did you watch this match? Do you really think there is no corruption in UWW? It has been widespread for years. Remember when Abrahamian returned his medal in 08 because it was decided the Italian would win? The head of the Russian wrestling federation was just denied entry into the US because he is a leader in the Russian Mafia..I'm sure he wouldn't encourage corruption though! Take your head out of the sand.

BigTimeFan 1,032 Report post Posted September 12, 2015 Rahimi won, will be a tough one for Ramos. Tough, but not out of reach. Ramos lost a close one at the world cup. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cGksw-aORdY
Perry 1,258 Report post Posted September 12, 2015 Ramos goes down in a close after having it all but sealed. Gotta wrestle smart those last 15 seconds >

AnklePicker 553 Report post Posted September 12, 2015 Damn, I think he should have just kept scooting the corner then building his hips up instead of going for that crotch throw. Ugh.

VakAttack 3,132 Report post Posted September 12, 2015 So what exactly is the rule with the 30 seconds? They went well beyond that time.
BigTimeFan 1,032 Report post Posted September 12, 2015 I just don't understand what happened there. All he had to do was hold on and he gets the caution point and wins. Why would he go for the lift, I guess he thought he really had it. So disappointing. That said, I think Ramos has a bright future. He's right there. BigTimeFan 1,032 Report post Posted September 12, 2015 So who does Rahimi have to get by to keep Ramos in?
Billyhoyle 2,028 Report post Posted September 12, 2015 Ramos had it. Rahimi is clearly better at the moment, but Ramos keeps improving. Maybe he will be ready by the olympics to get on the medal stand with a better draw. 1 silver-medal reacted to this
