DCSquires 1 Report post Posted October 9, 2015 (edited) Registrations for the 2015 edition of the Hokie Open Wrestling Tournament began at noon on Friday, October 9. The 8th annual Hokie Open is expecting more than 300 wrestlers (330 plus last year) as at least 20 teams have indicated that will be attending. This year finds Stanford University joining the field; attending teams include: Teams Participating in 2015 Include (2015 Team Placement at Nationals): Division I – Appalachian State University (NC), Campbell University (NC), Columbia University (NYC), Duke University (NC) (28), Gardner-Webb University (NC), George Mason University (VA), North Carolina State University (NC) (16), Stanford University (CA) (35), University of North Carolina (NC) (24), University of Tennessee – Chattanooga (TN) (45), University of Virginia (VA) (19), Virginia Military Institute (VA), Virginia Tech (VA) (10), West Virginia University (WVU) (20) ​ Division II – King University (TN), Notre Dame College (OH) – #1 D-2 in 2014-15 The tournament will be held on Virginia Tech's Blacksburg, VA campus at Rector Field House again this year (last year's site as well).
