newyorkwrestler 258 Report post Posted December 1, 2015 Precin and simmons retired this week, I think its to bad Simmons more or less stopped training after 2012, had he trained full time maybe he could have made another team, he was a lot of fun to watch wonder if anyone else will follow before the trials. de4856 370 Report post Posted December 1, 2015 I would assume that a significant amount of guys will go, not sure how many gals will hang it up.
wrestlingnerd 2,999 Report post Posted December 1, 2015 I'm sad to see Simmons hang 'em up. He was one of my favorite guys to watch because of his unorthodox style and the fact that he invented so many moves that worked at the highest levels. East Lansing Strangler, congratulations on a stellar career. You will be missed!
GranbyTroll 452 Report post Posted December 2, 2015 I still think Simmons should have been our guy in 2012. Sure, Haze beat him fare and square, but Simmons was clearly the better wrestler against international competition. 1 newyorkwrestler reacted to this
Plasmodium 2,225 Report post Posted December 3, 2015 Nick Simmons was a scary wrestler. This pretty much sums up a match against him. http://www.flowrestling.org/video/769593-57kg-consolation-nick-simmons-sunkist-kids-wrestling-club-vs-joey-dance-southeast-rtc#.VmBX6YvF98E
