maligned 529 Report post Posted December 19, 2015 I know it's not a college match, but I thought you college fans might want to know Ruth and Taylor will most likely meet in the 86kg/189lbs quarterfinals of the Olympic Trials qualifier event in Las Vegas today. You can follow results on Track and watch on Flo Pro. This particular match will take place sometime after 3pm eastern time, most likely. Lots of other current and ex-college stars also involved. Another biggie, if seeds hold, would be Pico vs. Stieber in the semi-finals at 65kg/143lbs. Placing in the top 7 today earns you a spot at the Olympic Trials in April. maligned 529 Report post Posted December 20, 2015 Two takeaways: Ruth looked like his normal up and down self and Taylor is making strides at the new weight (he looked very bad in his one international appearance, gassing after the first minute and being totally uncompetitive against a couple tough guys).
