NJwrestlingguy 106 Report post Posted April 12, 2016 (edited) That these 2 guys would both be Olympic team members. Horrible video but a good match. Here's a good slideshow of Burroughs and Molinaro http://www.nj.com/hssn-mms/2016/04/state_finals_opponents_burroug.html#0 Edited April 12, 2016 by NJwrestlingguy 4 HuskyHero133, ironmonkey, swoopdown and 1 other reacted to this

Pinnum 840 Report post Posted April 13, 2016 I'd like to take this moment to point out something that many people forget but was made very evident in looking at that match... Burroughs had a similar path through his career as Dake. Burroughs also started his career at Nebraska wrestling 141 before moving up through the ranks to end at 165. Don't fight growing, kids. Move up weights sooner rather than later. 4 BadgerMon, HuskyHero133, Alwayswrestling and 1 other reacted to this

ScarletKnight 80 Report post Posted April 14, 2016 They've both spent some time in the weight room since then A lot of guys at this level are on PEDs. I don't think these 2 are but i suspect some of the others (lile those who have moved up weights to avoid Burroughs) might be. 1 rlw028 reacted to this
JasonBryant 2,096 Report post Posted April 14, 2016 I'd love to find my old InterMat HS rankings from that year. Curious as to where I had either of them. I know Molinaro was pretty high.
Alwayswrestling 227 Report post Posted April 14, 2016 Burroughs record as a true freshman was close to .500 crazy improvement was made! ScarletKnight that is a bush league statement that you made inferring that Dake/Taylor are on PED"s. 1 HuskyHero133 reacted to this

Ari Gold 47 Report post Posted April 15, 2016 You know that Aeron Hill and David Greenwald are telling EVERYBODY they come in contact with that they beat Jordan Burroughs. I believe Greenwald is who Burroughs defeated in the State finals their senior year. I'm sure Mr. Greenwald would would trade the HNO victory for the one in AC.
