UFC is now claiming false claims against FloCombat and might seek legal action. If this legal action happens, how would this affect FloSports and more importantly, Flowrestling?

Is this the article the UFC is citing as false information?

If so this line (unless it was latered from the original later) saying it's not official may have left them enough wiggle room for nothing to really be held against them.
"While this does not mean the entire company is officially sold, it is a strong likelihood that the sale will be completed shortly."

For the most part it just looks like UFC is upset some sites are unveiling the information and to much of the public will hear about it prior to their "official" big announcement. Same complaint they had with reporters saying Lesner was being added to UFC200 before UFC said it. They really like the media control. Not to mention no one likes the boat getting rocked on a major buisness deal before all the papers are signed.
