redblades 322 Report post Posted August 3, 2016 (edited) Glad that issue's been successfully resolved. I was thinking that the tin foil hat Rosie wears may have been interfering with your connection. Fortunately, headshuck deduced that it could be easily resolved by the unplugging of the router. I must have misunderstood Headshuck - I thought he was saying to unplug the router... but not to plug it back in until receiving step 2. Cletus_Tucker 890 Report post Posted August 3, 2016 (edited) I had the internet company come down here and send their junior technician. I told them I couldn't follow all of their steps. I watched him unplug the router, then he plugged it right back in. That seams to have done the trick . Turns out the guys's a Minnesota grad and big wrestling fan.
