A lot of wrestling fans have been wondering about RBY, but I posted this mainly for MSU who earlier this week posted to me to not to be so sure RBY was totally committed to PSU. Something about rumors (#fakenews) he heard.

I have set aside funds to have six Green Bay Packers be my pall bearers, that way they can let me down one final time.

How is that possible?  Willie Saylor went on the internet and started telling everyone he was decommiting?

Wait until he's wearing black and gold, he finally realizes Carl doesn't develop lightweights like TnT. Argue all you want but the proof is in the pudding. RBY is a bright kid and he doesn't like being "recruited" over.

Essentially the only thing Iowa still has going for them is their reputation at developing lightweights and even that took a hit this past season considering Gilman was in a class by himself at 125 and still couldn't win a championship. Some would argue that result was one of the worse coaching performances of the tournament.

I look forward to seeing you post during next season. So what do you foresee at 125 and 133 for the Hawks, AAs, champions? Any predictions on the Iowa-Penn State dual score?

Suriano-RBY-Teasdale will be greater than their Iowa counterparts the next several years.

Lee will be great, obviously.

It took a hit this year? We had a 3rd and a 1st...you had a DNP and a DNQ.

Next year we will be soft at 125. No way around it. Wouldn't surprise me if TnT have Happel ready to be top 6 at 133 next year.

Lee and RBY will dominate Suriano and Teasdale.

You guys did it with Teasdale, just as I'm doing it with RBY. Teasdale was committed all the way up until he flipped to PSU. I have a strong feeling RBY will as well.

RBY to wrestle 57KG seniors? Nice. Would have liked to see Fix do the same, but I get that his goal is to get a Junior world title.

No evidence that happel can or will wrestle at 133

NATO, Gross, Micic, and Brock are the only 4 I would for sure favor over him.

He will be there.

Hold me

Like the River Jordan
And I will then say to thee
You are my friend

Carry me
Like you are my brother
Love me like a mother
Will you be there?

When weary
Tell me will you hold me
When wrong, will you scold me
When lost will you find me?

But they told me
A man should be faithful
And walk when not able
And fight till the end

But I'm only human

Everyone's taking control of me
Seems that the world's got a role for me
I'm so confused will you show to me
You'll be there for me
And care enough to bear me

(Hold me)
(Lay your head lowly)
(Softly then boldly)
(Carry me there)

(Hold me)
(Love me and feed me)
(Kiss me and free me)
(I will feel blessed)

(Carry)
(Carry me boldly)
(Lift me up slowly)
(Carry me there)

(Save me)
(Heal me and bathe me)
(Softly you say to me)
(I will be there)

(Lift me)
(Lift me up slowly)
(Carry me boldly)
(Show me you care)

(Hold me)
(Lay your head lowly)
(Softly then boldly)
(Carry me there)

(Need me)

(Love me and feed me)
(Kiss me and free me)
(I will feel blessed)

You are obviously confused. What your source actually said wasn't 'we are getting RBY here to Iowa'. What he said was 'We are getting a new TCBY franchise here at Iowa'.

You are gonna LOVE that Yogurt.

The proof in the pudding is Nico - if Cael has a talented Lightweight he has proven he can develop an NCAA champ. This is simply because it depends more on the dog in the fight than the dog's handler. Likewise, I'm convinced that Brands can develop HW champs. IMHO it's a fantastic exercise in self-delusion to hold that wrestlers enrolling in PSU, Iowa, Miny, OSU or oOSU will auto-magically have a better shot at being a national champ because they happen to fall within a mystical range of certain weight classes.

Teasdale and RBY can be confident that they can realize their potential at PSU as they could at many other schools.

Nico ran away from Delgado. Doing so hurt Nico's chances from making the 2016 Olympics.

Great strategy, if you can't beat em run away with a redshirt.
