So FLO doesn't offer monthly subs anymore?

 Went to purchase a monthly sub to watch the Open this weekend but the only option they have is to buy a yearly sub. If so, that is absolute garbage because they don't have events every month that I'm interested in watching.

 

Its so they can f*ck people with ****tty service for the whole year instead of 1 month. These guys are the dirtiest players in the game.

It's the 2nd option.  30 dollars for the month. 

 

Like sansbarkdale, I can only find a yearly option (link below).  Do you have  link to the monthly one?

Like I said in another thread, avoid them like the plague until they meet the customer's needs with quality service at a reasonable price. 

 

I can do without anything they offer at the present time.

No, I contacted them and said I'd take the extra two months option instead of the refund.  However, they'd already charged me for the second month and said I was too late to get either the refund or the two extra months. So I ended up cancelling and paying for two months .

 

The only reason I waited several weeks before contacting them was because I knew they were responding to lots of people over the dual fiasco.  Just proves the old saw - no good deed goes unpunished.  Oh well, live and learn.  Flo has good content but they're not customer-friendly at all.

That is crazy reasoning on their part.
