Who are they?

I'll start with three different States.

Oklahoma - John Smith, 6 time world champ, 2 time NCAA champ

California - Mark Schultz, 3 time World champ, 3x NCAA champ

Utah - Cael Sanderson, Olympic Champ, 4x NCAA champ(159-0)

California could also argue Dave Schultz. Fewer world titles, but longer resume and Tblisi champ twice.

Virginia - Gray Simons, 2x Olympian or Pete Blair, Olympic Silver (but oddly never started in high school).

Just to clarify, Pa state titles are valued higher than Olympic and World Gold?

Correct. One is folkstyle at the second highest level and the other is arbitrary frolicking.

behind the likes of Kevin Jackson, Joe Warren, and Chris Taylor, among others.(blanking on other world medalists). He's one of the best ever from Michigan while in high school but once you add in international accolades, he falls down the rankings.
