BigTimeFan 1,032 Report post Posted November 26, 2017 What does not receiving his rights mean? It really is a silly argument. One of the wonderful side defects of sports is the apolitical aspects. I love seeing North Korean athletes succeeding. Watching warring nations shaking hands after a match is incredible. Iran and Israel shouldn’t even be enemies. It is silly. His rights = be able to compete against anyone they put in front of him. As for a silly argument, there's a long, long history about various nations feelings and stances viz Israel. It's more than an argument, it's a long-standing position that reflects a much larger geopolitical issue.
BigTimeFan 1,032 Report post Posted November 26, 2017 Lewis finalist !!! Lewis not only made the finals, but he did it with absolute first-class style. Amazing.
BigTimeFan 1,032 Report post Posted November 26, 2017 So far so good here in consis. McKenna after falling behind 6-1 comes up with an 8-6 win. Toughed it out nicely. Ty Walz wins his first consis as well. IMart up shortly on Mat A.
BigTimeFan 1,032 Report post Posted November 26, 2017 Actually Walz is going to go for the bronze later today. McKenna and IMart have to keep winning.
Housebuye 2,221 Report post Posted November 26, 2017 Really turning it around here. Ending on a high note. Well done Richie Lewis. The jump he has made is incredible. Housebuye 2,221 Report post Posted November 26, 2017 Indeed--we chose WAY better who to lose to today. We got beat by the guys who didn’t make the finals yesterday. We beat everyone we wrestled that didn’t make the finals today. We also have a finalist. That is an improvement.
maligned 470 Report post Posted November 26, 2017 I'm joking...i've been following it since the first match. We've obviously wrestled way better today.
BigTimeFan 1,032 Report post Posted November 26, 2017 McKenna and Martinez each have to win one more match to get to the bronze match. They are up after a short break. Then there is a delay till the finals and third places matches. Yesterday they were wrestled on one mat and it took forever.

Little bit of trivia possibly few know outside NJ is that Lewis took 3rd in 2013 NJ states losing to Ashnault 3-1 in semis 1 Housebuye reacted to this

maligned 470 Report post Posted November 26, 2017 IMart's guy kind of gave Nabiev the Russian some problems, but he techs him in under 3:00 on a half-hour rest from his previous match when the Kazakh was sitting around rested. Impressive performance. Should be a fun one with the Georgian for bronze. 1 Housebuye reacted to this
