PSU vs. Lehigh, Sunday Dual

Recommended Posts

Hall tech would be crazy. Probably less likely that a Kutler win.

Hall pin seems possible, although he tends to do that to lower level guys.

If Hall turns into a bonus machine like the three others, PSU will be impossible to catch even if Hall places 3rd

Every Hall match this year except Valencia has been a TF or FALL. This includes matches against 5 guys who are NCAA qualifiers or at least ranked to 30 by wrestlestat.

Safe to call him a bonus pt machine already.

Keep in mind the Edinboro was a lower top-20 opponent on the Friday night before Lehigh-Lafayette.  Friday night for Lehigh-Lafayette is analogous to homecoming at other schools.  A lot of alumni come back for the game, but Friday evening is really the kickoff for the social aspect of the weekend.  Read the Lehigh board & you'll see a lot of complaints about doing Friday-Sunday home duals straddled around the Lehigh-Lafayette Saturday.

...well I hope the LU fans come out in full force, looks like the best LU squad since 2003-04-05

I can see LU getting bonus from Cruz & Parker and Karam eking out a win but they would also need some big upsets.

Would love to see this dual come down to the last match

Would love to see Lehigh make it a real scrap, but don't see it happening.

Bo Pipher, the back up at 149, is wrestling at 165 today according to Byers. Also possible, Nick Lee at 149, Zain at 157, Nolf at 165. Wow.

If this is true. That doesn’t sound good for Cenzo. Must be serious.

What's the issue with Cenzo, weight, injury?

They say he got nicked up against Binghampton. That was on the Friday night before the Keystone Classic. I did not notice much of anything and he ran off the match looking OK to me, but some injuries are not obvious.
