Iowa, OkState and Minnesota lose in same weekend

Recommended Posts

We kind of seen this coming for a while. Two best High school states Ohio and Pa keeping there kids home. Almost lost Teasdale but changed his mind. Lee and Kemmer got away. Shift in kids staying home and rise to new programs. Core group and then picking up best in country that now want to come to PSU and Ohio State.

Teams on the rise  NC State, Arizona State, Missouri  seems to be getting every year . I think this is one of Iowa best coaching jobs abandoning the slow methodical controlled grind and being more offensive . Lee  will do wonders for Iowa. They needed a kid like this to give them a shot in arm as well as adding Perry. Iowa needs another couple big recruits. I actually like watching them. Have Three studs to build from Lee, Kemmer, Marinelli. But this will not be  enough to stop PSU.

PSU has something special going on.  Cael letting these kids have fun and does not seem to be ending soon going be a while before title heads west again. This will be remembered as one of great runs in college wrestling. This ship is at full steam and nothing going stop it. Just reloading every year same result different names.

How many teams in the history of college wrestling have beat OSU at home? Iowa, OU, ISU?, Minny?, Mizzou. Anyone else? Pretty exclusive club.

Nebraska defeated the Pokes in Oklahoma City during the 2007-08 season. So, not in Stillwater, but in the State of Oklahoma nonetheless.
