Shiraz, yes, I've seen a lot of film and interviews of athletes from that region, none of them seem to follow a systematic lifting program. There was 1 clip of Sadulaev lifting where he looks unhappy doing it, as if someone forced him to.

Duck, possibly, but I do think Sad beats him next time. My prediction is around 7:2.

Maybe it's reverse psychology.  They say they don't lift to fake out the rest of the world, while secretly they lift.   Or they do Rocky style exercising.

I guess this is an example of the engagements Sad had to do after Olympics.
