josefsmoe 43 Report post Posted January 30, 2018 First time going to NCAAs this year... Any particular Do's and Don'ts for the weekend? FanFest worth checking out? People going to make fun of me for filling out my bracket? Is there ample time to grab grub/beverages between sessions? I am assuming no beer sales in the arena, but I wonder....have taken my wife to ACC/NCAA basketball tourneys for her love of Duke, and beer was sold at each of these. Kind of goes without saying, but it is so awesome. A couple of years ago in St. Louis I took a non-wrestling friend of mine. He had so much fun that this year he bought my ticket and we're going again. Something I recommend if you can get away with it, from time to time change seats, it is insane the people you come across. I could write a book about the conversations I've had in the stands at NCAA, legends, coaches of legends, families...one common thread--they all love wrestling. madcat11 436 Report post Posted January 31, 2018 The whole Great Lakes Region was an incredible industrial area. Grain Mills, railroads, oil, Goodyear, Firestone, etc., etc. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk US Steel

If you come across an RV in the parking lot with Hawkeye and PBR flags flying, send the old lady home before entering.
WillieBoy 713 Report post Posted January 31, 2018 It's amazing to think that at one time Cleveland, Ohio was the center of the USA oil industry. Rockefeller later moved Standard Oil headquarters to New York City. Maybe he did not want to catch on fire if he tried swimming in the river? 1 iGranby reacted to this
Frank_Rizzo 336 Report post Posted January 31, 2018 Can confirm that remaining hotel and Airbnb availability downtown and near Quicken Loans Arena is very expensive. Ticket scalping is always a viable option for securing seats. More tickets become available as the sessions are completed and kids are eliminated. The first session is always the toughest.
