Specialists of Claver Consulta have reduced the sanction of wrestler Anzor Boltukaev to 10 months
More than half a year's laborious work of our specialists was completed with another success.
Free-style wrestler from the Chechen Republic (Akhmat club) Anzor Boltukaev, European champion in 2016, participant in the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in 2016, bronze medalist of the World Championship in 2013, received a reduction in standard (4-year) disqualification to 10 months, most of which he had already left while the proceedings were under way.
All this became possible thanks to the evidence collected by the arbitrators of the Anti-Doping Commission of the International Wrestling Federation (UWW), which confirmed that Anzor unintentionally violated the anti-doping rules by using contaminated food additives. Arbitrators admitted the degree of his guilt is very low, as a result of which they reduced the term of the applicable sanction to the maximum. Anzor already from today, that is, from February 5, 2018, started training, and from April 5 this year will participate in sports competitions of any level.
Congratulations to Anzor, we wish him good health and, of course, new victories on the carpet!
"Unintentional ingestion of a sh*t-ton of steroids" was the reason he got off easy.
