CoachWrestling 432 Report post Posted February 12, 2018 Am I nuts or are Snyder's chances of being a three time champ in serious jeopardy? If Snyder was on PSU you'd be calling it a total fluke, and yes I think you're stretching there.
mattchristensen112 53 Report post Posted February 12, 2018 I have to say though, and I am a HUGE Snyder fan, he is giving up too much weight to another world level wrestler. His talent may not be able to override Coon's size. I hope he can go back and figure something out. buckshot1969 579 Report post Posted February 12, 2018 (edited) If Snyder was on PSU you'd be calling it a total fluke, and yes I think you're stretching there. What about what happened on the mat could be a fluke? Zero takedowns while almost giving up riding time. If Snyder is sick/injured that could explain it but what I just saw was a bigger man who knew how to use his size. Snyder got in on his leg two or three times and he was able to snuff it out, that doesn't happen to Snyder. A fluke is hitting a lucky move and winning a match in which you were being handled and were behind. Like if Nevills would have fallen on Snyder last week and pinned him. That would have been a fluke. Edited February 12, 2018 by buckshot1969 1 TBar1977 reacted to this

TBar1977 4,532 Report post Posted February 12, 2018 sgallan disapproves of this thread just because. Snyder is better than all Hwts relative to anyone else being better at another weight, and anyone who doesn't recognize that is an idiot. So says sgallan. 1 Cletus_Tucker reacted to this

He also called me out as an uneducated, small-minded, USA folkstyle-centric Snyder hater after I said I was looking forward to the Coon-Snyder match. This was right after Coon got done throwing Stoll around like he was a 157 lber.
KTG119 820 Report post Posted February 12, 2018 hey a really really really really good big man beat a smaller legend. much respect to both (which was there prior to this anyway). barring injury my $ still on Snyder to win it. 2 PSUMike and BobbyGribbs reacted to this
2td3nf 586 Report post Posted February 12, 2018 Congrats to Adam Coon! This kid is a stud. Probably easy to say now, but not really surprised that Coon beat Snyder at 285.

I am all for the occasional ragged post, but he made it sound like it was impossible that anyone could even deserve to be spoken about in the same breath as Kyle Snyder. Well, that jig is up. Welcome to the Hodge race, Mr. Coon.
