Glane18 72 Report post Posted March 17, 2018 Lee is going to get a TD and a turn in the first. Suriano will not choose down and will get desperate and make a mistake. Lee will capitalize. Even if it's 0-0 after the first, I don't see Suriano choosing down.
TBar1977 3,837 Report post Posted March 17, 2018 I have had Suriano all along, so naturally I will pull a CPyles and now switch to Spencer lee.
ironmonkey 137 Report post Posted March 17, 2018 Suriano makes it physical. Lee gasses in the third. Suriano keeps pace through 3 periods and takes a close one.

Lurker 1,397 Report post Posted March 17, 2018 Lee has been physical this whole tournament. He physically dominated a physical beast in NATO tonight. Save for the one TD NATO got, lee physically beat him. The last takedown to a fall, lee dove in on a shot and was face on the mat. It was the physical that got him back into a good position to then go to technique to get the fall. There should be zero questions about Lee's physicality now. AnklePicker 531 Report post Posted March 17, 2018 Wow dream match up here. Have nothing but respect for both guys. Suriano is also a freak physically. As strong as he looks. Lee is a multi world champ. He’s special, but I think Suriano is gonna get him here. I think Suriano can bring a quickness that Tomasello doesn’t have and he can out pace Lee and wear him down in a big match like this. Or Lee’s gonna take him down and put on a tilt clinic! Who knows, as an NJ guy...I’m going Suriano!
TBar1977 3,837 Report post Posted March 17, 2018 Will Suriano take bottom? I say yes.

unbiased 462 Report post Posted March 17, 2018 Any chance we can get Fix to be a special guest referee? That would be the trifecta.

russelscout 1,573 Report post Posted March 17, 2018 The last time they wrestled was Lee 8th grade and Suriano 9th right?
Lurker 1,397 Report post Posted March 17, 2018 (edited) Just prior to their 9/10 grade seasons, but school year had started. (Super 32) So depending on how you look at it. They are 1-1 in age group. Edited March 17, 2018 by Lurker

NJWC 305 Report post Posted March 17, 2018 Troll There’s not a 125 on earth too strong for Suriano. Lee May win with technique, not strength. Dope
Tofurky 596 Report post Posted March 17, 2018 My heart says Spencer Lee in a barn burner, 17-15, but my head says Nick Suriano 3-2. Suriano’s defense is beyond stingy. I’m a big fan of SL, but I’ve also become a fan on NS. This is going to be great. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
HurricaneWrestling 1,123 Report post Posted March 17, 2018 I think it is going to be close. Suriano looks real strong and is very hard to score on. I think its like a 4-3 or 5-4 match, with Lee winning I also think Lee will win a point or two.
russelscout 1,573 Report post Posted March 17, 2018 Lee 7 to 3. I was very worried about this potential match up, until Lee destroyed tomasello. He looks like he is on another level right now.
HurricaneWrestling 1,123 Report post Posted March 17, 2018 I'll be surprised if Suriano even shows up. Well, he has been away from Jersey for several days now. He may be so homesick he skips the finals. 4 Erminio8, ScarletKnight, Witherman and 1 other reacted to this
