PSU looks horrible

Recommended Posts

125-Do they even have one?

133-RBY gets tossed on his head. At least DeSanto was able to fight off his back even if he puked.

141-Lee-His weight was so weak and he barely beats a true freshman whose parents apparently aren't sure if forests are real.

149-OkStates backup beat the guy Berge lost to. Shameful.

157-This weight was so bad that their backup walked to the Finals and then made sure to make it easy for Nolf keep his 100% bonus rate.

165-I thought he was supposed to have really turned it on this year. Tbar said so and he definitely would be the one to know if men are turned on. Too many close matches.

174-Hall barely beat a fat 157lber. shameful.

184-Rasheed only beats VTechs backup 4-1???????

197-Nickal beat who he was supposed to beat.

285-Cassar lost to a Senior 1x qualifier?  Really????

You forgot to mention that their coaching staff seems to be completely indifferent with no longer any apparent interest in the sport.

Actually I thoroughly enjoyed that topic and was eagerly waiting to match that ridiculousness with some of my own!

here is a fair question...

going forward, is there any metric that you are willing to lay down which would validate my claim that Iowa was wrestling terribly, and is on the wrong track?

As an Iowa fan, I will concede they wrestled terribly. I don't think they are necessarily on the wrong track. OSU dual and big ten schedule coming up. If they don't look better by b10's I will be worried about the track they are on.

Great analysis MSU. Set the scoring record and we looked horrible?

Tournament was so bad that 8 of 10 champs at Scuffle would have won Midlands. I’ll give you 125 and 149.

Keep up the good work!

As far as this past Midlands goes based on realistic expectations?  No, none.

However, to not leave you empty handed, you can unrealistically compare them to the best Gable coached Iowa teams or recent PSU's for that matter and I guess you could loosely use the "h" word!

I meant Oklahoma State. Don't we differentiate Okie st. from Ohio st. as OSU and tOSU?

Not the way PSU wrestled. horrible.  I would give Fix the win and Nickal and White.

125-scuffle wouldn't have even made the finals.

133-DeSanto would have atleast made the Finals.

141-Alber would have majored Real and by transitive property would have controlled Lee.

149-Kolodzik by Major.

157-Deakin would have beat that version of Nolf

165-Marinelli is undefeated against VJo

174-Valencia easily avenges his lost against a guy that barely beats a fat 157lber.

184-Foster rubber knees Rasheed to death.

197-Nickal beats who he is supposed to beat.

285-white only wins cuz Stoll only cares about March.

Next???

That's what I'm saying, pretty certain they will not face OSU in a dual this season.
