McCoy can't recruit and that is killing Maryland.  He needs an assistant who will be an attraction and who can talk some of that NY, PA and NJ talent into coming.  

It is, all about talent.This is where it starts. McCoy has some guys on the team, that if they got some" 2019" coaching, would have given Indiana a run for it. The talent difference in the two squads isn't 30 points. As with Indiana the last 7-8 years, talent that was brought in didn't get developed. McCoy is in the same catch 22. The wrestlers see this now and dont want to go to Maryland. They need a change.

Michigan State is getting better. The toughness has returned. They aren't quitting when they are down by a few points. The athletes mentioned had already committed when this new coaching staff took over. they really have just  2 recruiting classes of their own

How about Donny Pritzlaff or Bryan Snyder.  Maybe Cary Kolat or even Pat Santoro?
