Shortest heavyweight?

For those that don't know- Jack was also a cross country AA. He would often run from Easton to ESU. He needed to do that to keep his weight down. His father was built much like Jack is now so the running was a necessity.

Damn, that’s 30+ miles. He would “often” do that?

He lived north of Easton and didn't go west to 33 and up. Although straight line route is still about 25.

A friend that worked for him when he was in his late 30s said he'd run from home to Liberty HS which is 8-9 miles.

 

Often is a relative term. Once would be often as compared to how often I ran that far and on the other hand as compared to how many times he actually went to classes...
