Lee Kemp (Worlds 1,1,1,3; WIS. NCAA 1,1,1,2):

  • Adam Kemp (Fresno St.) T.Fr.

Mike Amine (MICH NCAA Finalist):

  • Myles Amine (MICH) R-Jr. - NCAA 3rd, 4th, 3rd
  • Malik Amine (MICH) R-Sr. - 2x NCAA Qualifier

Jeff Jordan (WIS. 2x AA):

  • Micah Jordan (tOSU) R-Sr. - NCAA 2nd, 6th, 4th, R12

Rob Koll (World 5th; NC NCAA 1,3,3,8):

  • Will Koll (COR) Sr.
  • Daniel Koll (COR) Fr.

Dave Dean (MINN. NCAA 2,3; Olympic Alternate)

  • Gabe Dean (COR.) Grad. (3,1,1,2)
  • Max Dean (COR.) Soph. - (8th,2nd)

Vougar Oroudjov (Olympics 3,4; Worlds 1,2,1):

  • Vitali Arujau (COR) Fr. - NCAA 4th

Terry Brands (IOWA Olympics 3; Worlds 1,1; NCAA 1,2,1)

  • Nelson Brands (IOWA) T.Fr.

Nate Carr (Iowa St. Olympics 3; Worlds 8,5; NCAA 1,1,1)

  • David Carr (Iowa St.) T.Fr.

The dads Smith, Monday and Sheets were all on the same OSU team together at one point.

Thoughts on this? Can they reach their father's level of success? Who did I miss?

Oh yeah, Brands is a good one! I did have Kemp already.

Looks like Steiner's son is still in high school: https://www.trackwrestling.com/tw/membership/ViewProfile.jsp?TIM=1527621866364&twSessionId=xskzanzxsfqvyad&twId=1531715096

Dayton Fix's father was very good and wrestled with John Smith @ OSU

He was 33-21. Not quite a legend.

you’re a Lehigh guy. In terms of dad’s success, Schuylers come closer to fitting the bill. Pete was NCAA 3rd.

NCAA 3rd makes you a legend?

if you were referencing my post I said NCAA 3rd (dad Schuyler) is closer to fitting the bill than wrestling at Ok St with a 33-21 career record (dad Fix).

 didn't say Pete S was a legend.

Dear GreatDane67: Great Post! I have been reading and enjoying your posts for the past few years. The first time I read your screen name I wondered, could that be NCAA champ and legend slayer from 1966? If so, I got to watch you compete in 1964 while I was a youngster. And if not, I still enjoy your humor and intelligent posts. —Gambatte!
