I always feel bad for guys who dominated in high school and then struggle in college. It's got to be so tough to destroy everyone all through high school, and then be on the receiving end in college. I solved this problem by not being any good in high school.

Desanto is such a guilty pleasure of mine. I tune in to his matches more than anyone else’s this year. He reminds me so much of how the Brands wrestled. Different go-to attacks and tendencies but the brutal pace and the tenacity of his tie ups and hand fighting is almost comical to watch. What a beast. I would hate to wrestle him. .

My goodness that was close for O’Conner. All the credit in the world to Glosser but AOC looked gassed and couldn’t get anything going all match. Wow.

Sherman’s one major hole is getting off bottom. Tied 2-2 going into the 3rd and he has to take neutral so he doesn’t get ridden out then loses anyways in OT because he can’t get off bottom.

Glosser was more gassed. He was toast halfway through the second. He's making a big cut down from 157 last year. He outwrestled O'Connor, but didn't have enough in the tank to finish it.
