The issue with the outrage is that for every original comment there’s about twenty-five replies along the lines of “I can’t believe you said Elvis is King. That’s just retarded.” Followed by “stop trolling, your comments always suck and I never said Elvis is King. I said he’s royalty. Get a dictionary dumbtard.” People consistently spend half an hour complaining that they can’t stand such and such pointless post, as if there’s some point to that. I do not think I can be classified as an "Iowa fan." I started liking this current group when Spencer Lee arrived on the scene. I still think that it was a bad look for RBY and apparently Hall to be getting mouthy with the crowd. Apparently PSU homer Dernlan agrees with me. Don't you think a PSU coach should have been keeping an eye on the situation? Dernlan said there is usually a coach policing the bench area. Fans can be jerks, indeed, but student athletes should ignore it... and their coaches should keep an eye on the situation. If the guy was over the line, then he should be kicked out. I Iowa is just a very tough dual meet team this year, I am hoping they are a very tough tournament team but that remains to be seen. I was very impressed with as usual Lee and Kemmerer but really glad that Lugo opened it up against the very tough Boo. At the very least, he's going to be a pain for the top guys to wrestle because of his defense. Some nice potential upside, though I don't know how long he can hold 165 and whether his style will translate well up a weight class where he might not be as powerful.
