Big 10 update - Penn State

Recommended Posts

125 - 1-1 so far, still alive in consis

133 - 1-0, facing DeSanto in semis

141 - 1-0, facing Red in semis

149 - 0-1, facing Purinton in consis

157 - 0-2 BBQ, eliminated.  PSU fails to qualify this spot for nationals.

165 - 1-0, facing White in semis

174 - 1-0, facing Lydy in semis

184 - 1-0, facing Venz in semis (rematch)

197 - 2-0, facing Schultz in semis (biggest surprise so far)

285 - 0-1, injury defaulted and done with season.  PSU fails to qualify this spot for nationals.

Overall 125 has overperformed by winning a match but looks likely that 149 and 157 will not qualify for nationals.  Heavyweight not qualifying for NCAAs hurts big time.  Iowa is still set up to win by 50+ points at NCAAs.

Do you live your whole life based off sayings in fictional movies?

Do you live your whole life thinking you know things that you don't actually know?

A pocket toward the waif earns frequent flier miles, and a toothpick living with the debutante reads a magazine; however, the mastadon accidentally befriends the curmudgeonly pocket. The guardian angel earns frequent flier miles, and the gonad hibernates; however, a cup toward an impresario gives secret financial aid to a lunatic. Now and then, a hand can be kind to the bicep living with a lunatic.

Isn't that the definition of Religion?

No, it is not the definition of religion.

I know that I have a relationship with Christ.

I know that miracles have occured.  I know I have seen miracles.

I know that people have come back from being dead, even over an hour.

I know that Jesus Christ rose from the dead.

Atheists are not very good historians.  They act as they like science.  They try to apply the principles of science to the historical process.  Guess what.  You can't scientifically prove Caesar crossed the Rubicon or that George W crossed the Deleware.  There is actually more evidence that Jesus rose from the dead.

I am not going to fight with you.  But if you are really interested in learning, tell me what you think is the biggest reason not to believe that Jesus Christ resurrected.  Maybe I can help you.
