I love me some Cassar, this would be amazing.  Any chance he or Kerkvliet could wrestle at 197 next year?
285 Kerkvliet

197 Cassar

184 Beard

174 Brooks

165 Starocci

Probably a pipe dream lol

Cassar will be trying to make the Olympic Team at 125 keggers. No way will he see 197 pounds again until he is 80 years old.

I’m guessing Kerk has no chance to drop either eh?

Mekhis Lewis will be heavily favored against Starocci.

Southern Scuffle, lol. Piaas, haha.

How did he do at district duals?

Vincenzo Joseph was heavily favored over Mekhi Lewis. How did that end up?

He'll be trying to make the team at 125kg too. Beard is the man next year at 197. He'll be fine.

Was just trying to fit Kerk and Cassar both in if Cassar is actually coming back, but I highly doubt he will.

Come on - can we get a few more lists please. Forget who wrote the thread, I'm sure a lot of people here would like to see what others are thinking.

Top 3 D1 starters in each weight class in November. I want to see 10 more. Who's up next?

I'm bored, so you're getting my top 5

125: Lee, Glory, Foley, Schroder, Latona (assuming vito moves up, otherwise he'd obviously be here)

133: Suriano, Fix, Micic, Seabass, RBY (hoping that rumors of suriano being done at rutgers are false)

141: Lee, Eierman, Woods, Parker, Red

149: Yianni, Sasso, O'Connor, Mauller, Lewallen

157: Deakin, Hidlay, Carr, Teemer, Monday (outside of teemer i could definitely see any of the other guys moving up)

165: Marinelli, Kharchla, Griffith, Wick, Wittlake

174: Kemerer, Mekhi, Labriola, Massa, Romero

184: Amine, Brooks, Dean, Bolen, Hidlay

197: Adams, Darmstadt, Brucki, Warner, Sloan (major crapshoot here, definitely could Amos being a factor if Wisconsin decides against a redshirt)

285: Gable, Parris, Kerkvliet, Cassioppi, Schultz

Is it certain that Yianni is moving up?  That stinks.  I was hoping to see Nick Lee vs Yianni.

If Rivera and Suriano are in the finals next year at 133 that definitely strengthens Spencer Lee’s spot in the all time rankings.

Strengthens Rivera too who has victory over Spencer in the most high profile match that they wrestled.

No:  don't bet on it, although everyone seems to think it is a done deal.  And you want to see them again, right?

I would like to see Lee vs Yianni in the NCAA tournament next year.  That match has the possibility of being more interesting than Lee Vs Pletcher.  All of Yianni's matches seem interesting.
