Lunaticfringe 18 Report post Posted April 4, 2020 We all know the Olympic redshirts but who all took traditional redshirts this year and now look to be a genius? Obviously Kolodzik decision now looks to be a poor one.
Class 67 Report post Posted April 4, 2020 Total team “punts” by Michigan and Cornell will end up allowing them to gain on Iowa and PSU. Lots of Olympic redshirts in there but both will get the full 4 years for most of their stars due to their down year. Michigan certainly wishing they had held back Paris as well. 1 1 fadzaev2 and Lunaticfringe reacted to this

Has to make your wonder if he will be able to, and will, take an ORS next year.
JerryCallo 41 Report post Posted April 4, 2020 But with the olympics being PP'd to 2021 what happens to those who took Oly RS's to train for the Olympics - I.E. Micci, Amine, Yianni, Mekhi and the others? Seems that defeats the purpose of an Olympic RS -
Perry 1,175 Report post Posted April 4, 2020 Is there anything saying they can't use another olympic red shirt next year if they wanted? I would not be surprised that this would be allowed
Lurker 1,382 Report post Posted April 4, 2020 Been wondering about that. I could see something like if you qualified and took it last year maybe you’ll be able to. But no new entries??

Ya because it was so obvious to everyone in their right mind that NCAAs would be cancelled

1032004 809 Report post Posted April 10, 2020 I think the answer to the OP has to be Michael McGee of Old Dominion. R12 as a sophomore last season, then redshirted this year. So he still has 2 years of eligibility and will be a nice pickup for someone if he transfers. 1 Lunaticfringe reacted to this
Asa Packer 7 Report post Posted April 10, 2020 McGee is a 125 pounder. Was surprised that roster still available online. Note: ODU had 32 on roster. That was mild surprise, seemed high for program "in jeopardy". Note: They have a BIlly Baldwin on roster. His father is William Baldwin, but not of SUNY Binghamton & overly enthusiastic ESPN announcing fame.
