1032004 1,414 Report post Posted August 22, 2020 (edited) I think a better question is does this influence Micic to take his 4th redshirt? Edited August 22, 2020 by 1032004

nhs67 1,980 Report post Posted August 25, 2020 If Amine redshirts again, this will put Embree out of the lineup, as well as delay the Garcia experiment. Curious how folks see the lineup in two years. Predictions/projections?

I was assuming the quote button wasn't used for your Micic post....which BTW I thought was a valid question. He may walk away with a doctorate.

He may walk away with a doctorate. If Micic takes another redshirt, he will be 25 when he exhausts his eligibility. I don't think he is that old. Jaydin Eierman is the same age as Micic. Daton Fix will be 26 when he is a college senior if he redshirts this year.

He may walk away with a doctorate. He did give an interview a few weeks back saying he was planning to wrestle this year. But considering he actually did qualify for the Olympics, the covid uncertainty, and now the Brucki news I wouldn't be surprised to see him redshirt again (assuming it's been confirmed that guys that took an ORS last year can take another). Really it was just tongue an cheek, but ...Fix would be at the age Of finishing medical school and starting residency (depending on the medical field).
