Is this confirmed or?

Wouldn't be very fair for one squad to bring 5 86kg guys when another brings 4 65kg guys.

I can confirm that nobody has submitted lineups like that. Most are a top guy per weight and then 4 guys that can be rotated in strategically or if there are question marks on someone on the roster (e.g. maybe are coming back from an injury).

Please explain and divulge further?

Yeah I thought your comment was pretty clear.    6 weights per dual, 10 total guys to fill those weights makes sense.

My question was more on the 'Can conform' part.  The rest of that is basic to follow.

Apparently not since you thought it meant teams might bring 5 86 guys...

You're working backwards, try again..  That statement/theory was said before his and obviously done in trolly rhetoric.  My response was in direct response to his 'Can confirm' bit.

As I said, try again.  That or bugger off.

Kind of lame that NLWC isn't invited.

They'd take 4 of 6 weights against everyone, though, so I guess I understand why Flo doesn't want to have them.

Or they declined.

I hadn't considered that, but, yes, I suppose that is an option.

I have to imagine a one-time event on Flo would make them more money than their Rokfin events do, though.

I wonder if the money would go to the club, or to the participating athletes themselves.

I get the feeling that there is a rift between NLWC/PSU and Flo at the moment.

  • The "We Are" documentary did not feature anything current,
  • Outside of Shakur Rasheed (if memory serves) no NLWC athlete has signed up for a Flo event,
  • NLWC is hosting their own events on a competing (not competing? I guess its for the courts to decide) platform after having considered and rejecting Flo (along with others like Fite and Track),
  • And word is Ramos is not the only coach miffed at seeing his texts being shown in open court.

I feel like the texts are going to be a big deal going forward. It was a conscious decision by Flo to enter those texts into evidence. No one forced them to do that. I have to believe the coaches are feeling like they cannot trust Flo. For some that will make it bigger than the money.

DT and RBY were at a Flo event. But, since the start of the NLWC events on Rokfin, correct, no NLWC athletes have participated in any Flo event. I wonder if that will change with the DT/JB match, though.

On FRL they kept saying that they didn't think the DT/JB match would happen without saying why they thought that. I submitted a question about it, but they ran long and did not answer and Qs from Fs on this episode.

Haven't listed to FRL yet but CP did do an interview with the Ward Wrestling Live guy yesterday and said again he didn't think it would happen, but still didn't really get into many details there either

No Ed Ruth for the Wolfpack RTC?

Askren was really complaining about the NJRTC and SERTC combining....  And yet Wick is wrestling under Gopher RTC?

Every RTC was allowed a one off.

So great to have something this good to look forward to.  That said, Probably fair to expect that not all the best match ups will happen (guys sit or teams don’t meet).  Still, provides tons of discussion fodder - before and after.

Again, great job to all that are working to make this happen!!!!

Is this why Jack Mueller is with the Ohio RTC?  I got excited there for a minute.

As well as Dudley with CKWC, Green with NJRTC, Bradley with Spartan, and Wick with Storm.  The only homegrown is Wolfpack...

Mekhi would have to be SERTC as well right?  Although of course both him and Green are from NJ so I think they get a pass

You're spot on.  Whiffed there.  NC State let thek use their loaner too.

Looks like NJRTC would rather send most of their squad to the UNC event than here...
