Arizona State @ Oklahoma - Tonight on Fox Sports Oklahoma & Arizona

Recommended Posts

At least the Oklahoma and the ASU wrestling schedules both SAY it's available on those two very specialized Fox Sports channels.  However when I clicked on the link for Fox Sports Live this is the message that appeared:

https://www.foxsportsgo.com/program/905795/college-wrestling-arizona-state-at-oklahoma

According to what I read the Fox Sports OKLAHOMA is available nationally on DirecTV and on Hulu-Live and A T & T TV Now.   And Fox Sports ARIZONA PLUS is available nationally on DirecTV and A T & T TV now.

Anybody know the current team score? the person reporting on twitter must not be an ex-wrestler and is more interested in using emojis to highlight her/his point. Just the facts please.

Very nice win for the Sun Devils last night.   There were a number of surprising results last night.   I was pleasantly surprised by Cory Crook losing at 149 lbs by only one point (4-3) to # 13 ranked Mitch Moore.

Also surprised that # 10 ranked Jacori Teemer lost at 157 lbs (6-2) to # 16 ranked Justin Thomas.

Also surprised that # 5 ranked Anthony Valencia barely won at 165 lbs (3-1) over unranked Jake Stiles.

VERY surprised that # 30 ranked Trey Munoz upset # 8 ranked Anthony Mantanona

Also surprised that # 8 ranked Kordell Norfleet had to go to 2 overtimes tiebreakers to beat # 13 Jake Woodley (4-3).

Too bad there were very few ways to watch these matches last night (that was available nationally).

If I am an ASU fan I can't be real happy with the performance when there were more negatives than positives. "UOk" is on the rise and definitely tough, but I expected a little more out of ASU. The best thing that came out of it was Munoz making weight then wrestling a great match. He showed up for sure.

I was only half watching, but IIRC Teemer's ankle injury in the first period seemed to limit him the rest of the way. Stiles avoided Valencia for 6:53. Norfleet and Woodley could just as well have played rock/paper/scissors -- 6 points, all on escapes.
