Bunch of over achievers watching eight mats at once.

I was thinking the same thing. Some hard core fans on here.

I do have a question regarding the schedule that was put out on The Mat home page today. It shows the semifinals starting at 3pm Friday and more semifinals starting at 8pm. I'm thinking the 3pm listing should be quarters instead. Here's the page I'm talking about.

NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships return to ESPN: Complete television coverage and ‘Every Mat, Every Match’ digital offering on the ESPN app (teamusa.org)

Someone have the details?

ESPN broadcasting - but which rounds?  Others on ESPN+?

Will ESPN+ be showing all rounds regardless?  With ability to see any mat?

Who will have live brackets and who will be showing upcoming bouts and mat assignments?

Going to take time off work to watch.  Already thinking through best set up.

thanks in advance!

"broadcasting" refers to RADIO.    Televising refers to television.  Just an F.Y.I.

Maybe to you.  But a simple search suggests that many disagree.  The term is a general term related to the transmission of information in a broad way, often in terms of use of the electromagnetic spectrum.  There may be groups of people that prefer to further refine the term to apply to specific parts of the electromagnetic spectrum.  That is their choice to do so.  But they are not defining the word for everyone else.

Do you even own a television?  Most folks these days have a smart phone, maybe a tablet or two, perhaps a laptop computer with display and then multiple LED displays thus extra large display for computer(s) and large high quality LED display to connect to smart streaming device (hulu, sling, fubo, etc) or plug into cable or satellite box (Comcast, Dish,, etc).  So what is this "tele" you refer to?  ;)

3 p.m. should still be quarterfinals I believe.

Dumb questions but:

1) can I stream ESPN3 without cable from Europe?

2) will matches be uploaded to the NCAA championship YouTube like previous years after a short delay?

Europe is a big place, guessing prob not.  Was in Australia ~3 years ago and couldn't use Flo & Fubo or Sling there, believe had similar issues while in France, Scotland & Ireland ~2yr ago with Hulu.    Betting different countries in Europe have different arrangements/licensing with ESPN or your streaming service provider regarding access.

I think Bronco still uses AOL free internet trial CD's.

When my brother was in China he used a vpn to get local US content and avoid the Great Wall Of Chinese Internet lockdowns. A Brit friend here in the US uses a vpn to get his rugby content.

Yep, that's a way around it.

I’m trying to add ESPNU to my cable plan.
If Dante had to deal with cable providers there would another ring of hell.

I ended up signing up for a free trial of YouTube TV and getting a Roku Streaming Stick +. Now I can cue up ESPNU on the tv and ESPN2 ON THE iPad. All systems tested so I am ready to go off and enjoy a St Patrick’s Day Guinness! Slainte’ folks!

Thanks for taking the time to do all of this.  This will come in handy as I can see on TrackWrestling as to which matches are coming up on each mat and then watch the matches I'm most interested in - rather than be forced to watch whatever match is on the ESPN channel that's televising the event that day.  VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.
