Is the Stillwater Bozworth going to the Olympic Trials?

Recommended Posts

I know Ferrari has qualified for the trials, but seeing how lean he is, he will not make 86kg (and even if he did, Taylor, Nickal, Dean, etc), and 97 kg has two multiple time world champs waiting for him along with Gadson. I don't see any avenue for him to get in the top 3, but I would sure love to see him in any of those matches.

Ferrari has talked in interviews since last year of wanting to compete in the OTT at 97kg so I would expect to see him there.  Whatever the outcome it will be a great learning experience for him.

At 97kg, based on eye-test and recent results, including Ferrari's Junior FS Championship most recently, I'm slotting him right behind Zillmer.

Ferrari is tough to take down, but Zillmer can toss ya, Macch can steamroll ya, Moore can dump ya, Cox and Snyder can just soundly beat ya.  Also, Ferrari hasn't shown that he has an elite offense yet. If he does, he will be a tough out for anyone.

He is a really talented wrestler and his interviews would get Vince McMahon drooling. I hate to admit it but I can't help watching this kid give the most brash interviews I can ever recall in real wrestling.

I hope he does wrestle in the trials. I don't know how he will do with the deep field he will face at either weight, but I can guarantee it will not be boring.

Here is his website if you have any questions about his accomplishments.

Maybe not top-3 at this year's Trials, but he will be in the running the next 2 quads
