Parris isn't winning senior world gold unless Gino and Taha also sit out.  Not sure he beats Zare again either.

Taha retired. Gino is definitely the favorite over Paris. Paris is the favorite over Taha.

I must be missing something then.  I don't see how Paris, who didn't AA as a college freshman, took a distant 2nd to Gable as a college  junior, has a junior world gold over Zare, and no significant international senior results, is now the favorite over Taha, who has  Olympic gold and bronze, two world championships, and three other world medals.  Based on accomplishments to date, he does not deserve to be in the discussion with Gino and Taha.  You guys are using transitive properties, i.e., him not getting pinned by Gable and one match at junior worlds against Zare, to put him as a top-5 senior.

Presently, he is a slight favorite over Gwiz, who is a top-10 senior level guy in the world at best.  Not saying Paris can't get there, but he's not there right now.

Thought Taha said he was going still?

Also, who is Paris?

What universities do Taha, Zare and Paris wrestle for?

Not sure an all three.  Taha is too old, at least here in the states.

Zare is young enough he could here in the states... Not sure on how Iran does things.

I don't even know who Paris is or where he is from, so also unsure there.

I think Paris is where he is from, we are just waiting to hear the name of the wrestler

I have started using your little ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ guy in text message responses.

I have received 46 death threats since the 9/1/21 alone.

Thank you for this.  It brings me great joy.

You know who I'm talking about.  I misspelled his name in my previous post.  I picked him to win NCAA's if Gable doesn't wrestle.  My response was to your comment that you think Parris is winning senior worlds this year.  Let's see if he makes the team first before you start picking him over Geno and everyone else.

This got me thinking about when the last time PSU did not have an individual champ. 2010 is the answer. So for the last 10 championships they have had at least one individual champ with an average of 2.7. More than one of every four. Pretty amazing. Even more amazing they have had 16 of the last 40 (40%).

Oh!  Parris!  Yes.  I agree.  If Steveson doesn't wrestle he will win NCAAs.  If he does wrestle he will son him again.

I also agree.  Let us watch him make the team.  After he does that, I also agree that he will beat Geno(if Geno makes it to him) as well as whoever else steps the line in front of him.

You clearly hate PSU.  There is less than 1% chance they have zero champs this year.

I would say he loves Iowa.
What are the chances they have four champions as he suggests?

A big, fat goose egg.

They aren’t winning anything besides 125, if that.

They better be hoping and praying Nick Suriano doesn’t come back this year.

 Paying? LOL. Why?

For one thing, The Suriano has not weighed anywhere near 125 lbs since the day Spencer beat him... let alone three days in a row.

Praying. With an “r”.

If Suriano comes back to PSU, the team title race tilts in PSU’s direction.

He hasn't been close to 125 for years... so he's taking RBY's spot?
