He was training with Micic in Arizona, if he went 125 at Michigan does Michigan have a chance to win it?

Peak performance then for UofM, and with Massa in the lineup and Lamer at 141:

125-2nd

Nicky Pushups isn't beating Lee.

133-1st

Micic could win.

141-5/8

Lamer is an absolute STUD.

149-5/8

Storr wins a few more of those 1 point matches

157-3/6

Lewan has the skillz

165-3/6

Amine on his cousins trajectory?

174-1st

The only 174lber I don't think Massa can beat is Labs

184-1st

Amine can win

197-3/6

Brucki won't have a problem with anyone's physicality.  I wanted to put 1st but was tentative

285-2nd

Parris isn't beating his Father.

PEAK performance.

Suriano can absolutely beat a Spencer Lee with no ACLs

That’s crazy…with both of them at 100 percent health it would probably only lean 55/45 in Spencer’s favor , nevermind with 2 bum knees

Full health is much further than 55-45.  You are either a Spencer(Iowa) hater, Nicky P Fanboy(Jersey?), or delusional if you believe that.  There is no datapoint that supports it being that close.

How many 125lb who won it Fr, So year managed to win in Jr & Sr year at same 125lb?

It’s a one takedown match if they are healthy….Spencer couldn’t turn a one legged suriano so he’s not turning a healthy one I think you are the delusional one

Cael and Dake wrestled 4 years in college at 125lb?

Ah so you want to compare Lee, a generational talent, to someone who has never existed before?  Why not compare him to otger generational talents?  Afraid there will be too many similarities?

Look at common opponents from both styles.  It isn't close.

I am not a Lee fan.  I am a Michigan homer that somehow tries to come up with some scenario in my head where Ragusin or Hildebrandt or Foley win without injury being the reason.

I have a strong dislike for the Brands bros for denying us Freestyle Lee.

False.

It was 5 -1 in the ncaa finals when suriano had just spent 2 weeks in the hospital with staph in his knee, since then he won an ncaa champ at a weight he was small at, and now he can’t compete with an injured Spencer ? Delusional like I said

Spencer can do it, I'm just saying one of the reasons none of the great Fr at 125 could repeat thru Jr & Sr year is because of all the scambling at 125 and injuries from it (plus the wt thing),  just look at the data.  Nothing is certain here but he is obviously capable & clear favorite.

I'd favor a healthy Suriano over an injured Lee all day long.

What's with all the hype for Suriano?

He had one good tournament in the last 2 years, and that was at 59 kg. One. Single. Tournament.

Other than that, he lost to NaTo and Arujau, 2 wrestlers that Lee has beaten.

Oh, and he squeezed by Shelton Mack, 3-1.

A lot depends on how Lee looks with 0 ACLs. He dominated NaTo and Arujau on 1 so we'll see but I just don't understand the automatic pick for Suriano.

Let them drink their kool-aid man.  I am all for more competitiveness, I just understand it'll be from the two Ivy 125lbers that have been at 125lbs if it happens.  HUGE if.
