Bronco 231 Report post Posted November 7, 2021 (edited) Jackson DiSario, the starter for Stanford for the last two years at 125 lbs - and the projected starter at 125 lbs again this year - is competing today at the Menlo Open tournament at 133 lbs (as is the projected starter for Stanford at 133 lbs, i.e., Jason Miranda. DiSario has won both of his first two matches by scores of 8-2 over Benny Martinez (Unattached - Cal Poly) and by MD (11-) over Kade Uyesaka (Unattached - Oregon State) Miranda won both of his first two matches by FALL - over Zachary Wright (Unattached - San Fran. Bronco 231 Report post Posted November 7, 2021 Stanford also has three guys competing today at the Menlo Open at 157 lbs Fabian Santillan, Dawson Sihavong and Charlie Darracott. All three of them have won their first two matches so far. Shane Griffith is the only Stanford wrestler at 165 lbs and he has won his first two matches by FALL Stanford has Tyler Eischens and Colbey Harlan competing at 174 lbs. Eischens won his first two matches. Harlan who his first match and lost his second match. At 184 lbs Stanford has Ethan Woods (won his first two matches) and Nick Addison (won first match - lost 2nd match) At 197 lbs Stanford has Nick Stemmet and Marshall Kools (they both won their first two matches) At 285 lbs Stanford has Peter Ming and Seamus O'Malley (they both won their first two matches) Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

He won his first two matches and then lost in the Semi-finals by Medical Forfeit. Bronco 231 Report post Posted November 7, 2021 Also competing today at 125 lbs (Unattached) is 2022 Stanford wrestling commit (and former Cornell commit) Nico Provo. Provo won his first round by BYE and won his 2nd round by FALL (2:11) and his third match by Medical Forfeit over Logan Ashton of Stanford. He is in the finals at 125 lbs.
