Revised in Bold based on recent duals.

125 - have not seen enough of either to be sure, 1 pt edge to Hildebrandt for experience 3-0

Edge to Ayala as he looks stronger in neutral 0-3 Iowa

133 - RBY seems unstoppable 6-0

Not sure DeSanto is a go and anyone else gives up major. 4-3

141 - Seems like the riddle is starting to get solved  9-0

Both guys sidelined recently - Iowa would win the battle of backups, but sticking with original Lee over Eirman 7-3

149 -  Iowa gets one back  9-3

Props to Bartlett for good defense and position, but still has not shown much in terms of generating his own offense or imposing his own setups 7-6

157 - Berge is such an unknown, till I see him giving Iowa the edge 9-6

Seems like Berge may stick w 165 and clear edge Iowa 7-9

165- The Bull gets major  9-10

Big Berge has a chance against the Bull, but edge Bull in a close one 7-12

174 - Young Champ over Grandpa - pours it on in the 3rd - 12-10

Same  10-12

184 - Assad mixes it up, but this does not work well 15-10

Same 13-12

197 - Dean wins with relentless pace 18-10

One td match - 16-12

285 - Skinny Hwt Championship Goes to Kerk w better mat wrestling 21-10

Big Kerk bests Skinny Cass 16-12

So, Iowa needs just one upset in a home match likely to include several one score matches.  Fun!

I think your final score is actually 19-12.

125 Hildebrant DEC Ayala, 3-0

133  RBY DEC DeSanto, 6-0

141 Lee MD Eirman, 10-0

149 Murin DEC  10-3

157 Young DEC  10-6

165 Marinelli, DEC  10-9

174 Starocci DEC Kemerrer13-9

184 Brooks MD Assad 17-9

197 Dean DEC Warner 20-9

285 Kerkvliet DEC Cassioppi, 23-9

Could be very, very interesting.  Iowa slightly under 50% chance of winning 125, 174 and 285 IMO.  Marinelli good chance of bonus as well.

Peter Piper not withstanding, I can't recall hearing peck used as unit of volume.  Turns out it is 16 dry pints, which is quite a bit of dirt.

A great phrase to toughen kids up. Also said as "Everyone eats dirt before they die", just a bit more specific as to how much.

A peck is a quarter bushel basket / bucket.  I'm guessing that is a familiar sight for our midwestern brethren.

I come from commercial farming stock so a bushel is meaningful, but a peck means nothing unless it precedes 'er'.
